🔶 I haven’t mentioned this in a while.... my adopted motto of “a day without pushups is hardly a day at all” may have been tamed down a bit with all things pandemic(y).
🔶Yes I 🧡 Pushups!
🔶Why?- because body weight training is another great way to keep you strong and functional.
🔶There are so many ways to modify (increase and decrease level) pushups for all ages and bodies. A pushup (or earth down) does not always look like what you are picturing in your head right now!
