REMINDER TO SELF:

I have many tools in my tool-box. I've taken a lot of training in the woo-woo and wellness fields.

Here is some of my training over the last 20 years;
Fitness Instructor - yoga, step, pilates, stability ball, resistance training, etc
Personal Trainer (two times)
Fitness Evaluating
Therapeutic Touch - levels 1, 2
Reiki - levels 1-3
D-codes
Clinical Arometherapy
Holistic Wellness Coach
Evolultionary alchemy
Mediumship
Astrological Archetypes
Transformational Journey Facilitator
Elemental Archetypes Oracle Card Reader
Akashic Records
AND SO MUCH MORE! This is just off the top of my head.

Why am I sharing this? Because lately I've been feeling a bit frazzled with my upcoming schedule. On Friday night, I had a mini healling session and ahhhhhhh....I feel so much better!

THE REMINDER IS THIS: we all have a lot of tools and experience. WE ARE NOT MEANT TO DO IT ALL OURSELVES! This wisdom came from a friend a few years ago and it totally helped me feel at ease. We help others, and can help ourselves to a point...but we're not meant to do it alone and ASKING FOR HELP IS A FORM OF SELF-CARE.

Maybe this is a reminder for you too.

Samhain: A Seasonal Companion

The wheel of the year continues to turn and the veil between worlds become thin,, that's where we arrive at Samhain. A time of remembrance, release and renewal. This is the season to slow down, honour ancestors, and listen to the quiet whisper of our intuition. Whether you celebrate Samhain, All Hallow's Eve or simply love the magic of Autumn, this journal is your companion for reflection and ritual. Within these pages you'll find stories, history, folklore and guidance to help you reconnect with nature's cycles and your own inner wisdom.

Conjure 10ml Essential Oil Roller Blend

Inspired by the rich, mysterious feeling of autumn and the magic of All Hallow's Eve, Conjure is a warm and spicy blend that evokes crisp autumn evenings, flickering candlelight and the nostalgic scents of the season. Think cinnamon-spiced warmth, seasonal herbs and comforting essences.
