I have a few openings left this month, is one of them yours? Next month I pick up my Melissa, Winterborn Alpaca Rep hat for the market season, and the schedule gets a little squishy.

Seasons bring change. Sometimes we volunteer for it, crave it, sometimes it drags us kicking and screaming into its presence. Asking yourself what you need can be a great place to start.

My garden has so many beautiful things in it… in this post you’ll see one of my that dropped in and made herself useful this week. My love her and I think she may have even helped my . isn’t waking me up in the night and I’m not afraid I won’t be able to if I squat. If that sounds great to you I’d happily gossip about her with you.

Wouldn’t it be great if you could get two things done at once? Well, you can… both feet 🤣. Really, though, how many therapies are good for body and soul, and care for your spirit and emotions?

Care for all of you, book in.

We don’t always benefit from what someone else uses to great success. Health is personal. Root causes for symptoms vary. What would you like to see change in your daily experience? Let’s talk.

Despair, when brought into the light, loses its ability to oppress.

There is no intimacy built in protecting the one you love from your darkness. We all have days when the heart light flickers, if we bear it alone, it drags into weeks and morphs into depression. Love can bring the light back if you open up.

It is not Love that craves only the light and fears the shadows.

Time to put the feet up with purpose. If you’re anything like me the kids go to school and you crash hard. Why not plan a little self care in this last week of summer, or their first week back. I’ve got time if you do. Send a note and we’ll connect 😊.

It’s been 25 years of new people being pleasantly surprised by how a treatment brings relief and release. Acute and chronic ailments, physical pain, emotional weight… find rest for what makes you weary…

If you look down you don’t see the sky.

If you look at the holes, you don’t see what fills them.

If you’re waiting for your ship to come in you won’t see the rowboat sent to take you there.

The top of the mountain has no trees but you can see the whole forest from there.

Manifestation is not conjuring… but it is opening the gate with anticipation that good things will walk through. I spent much of my life engaged in worry prayer, agitated and distracted by what I did not have. One day I walked out my back door and looked across the yard at closed gate. The whisper on the wind challenged me to treat my needs like that gate. “Unlock the possibility,” said the Voice in the Breeze, “I own all the cows, if the gate is open, they can walk through.”

Put yourself in a position to receive and the gift might be on your doorstep.

Nature doesn’t display splendour all at once, She staggers the reveal… our maturing process is not an exception. We too find ourselves moving through life a bloom at a time. We call them seasons, eras, epochs. Sometimes it feels like dormancy, like nothing is happening. We want to see growth in the area that would create tangible success. But Life is wise, and knows that we need to create foundations in order to experience sustainable change.

Look for the beauty that emerges in the present, allow it to fuel the anticipation of what will come, in its time.

Love and Life know and see, all. Rest here, allow your gaze to be directed in hope. Let Light illuminate the moment so the future has space to be as serene and stunning as this breath.
