We dip it twice in fresh seawater to lock in that natural ocean flavor, then straight to the freeze. That's FAS—Frozen at Sea—meaning the fish is caught, processed, and frozen on the boat almost immediately to preserve peak freshness.

Wild BC Sablefish is being harvested right here off our coast and brought in from the Ocean Pearl. Known around the world as Black Cod, It’s one of BC’s true seafood treasures.
