Our mission is to providing wisdom to help glide through life’s biggest challenges and in doing so will change how you think of spirituality. When we began on our passage of sharing our spiritual gifts with others we pledged to work to provide a practically application of spirituality so the value to our clients is evident; wisdom from spirit can guide you at the very moment you seek the answers. We understand that our profession is one often criticized but we are working to elevate that reputation one client at a time by providing clients with validation of our gifts and sessions that engage clients by providing space for discussion. Our hybrid Sound Bathing event helps those who have been or are going through a stressful period in their life, and those who want to unplug from any pressure.

We will be looking at new beginnings and starting with a fresh look at our businesses and our lives.

We will be using a plethora of sounds and frequencies from tuning forks, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Hand Bowls, and a variety of sounds from specially selected gongs.

Bring a crystal of your choice with you so you can hold it during the show.

Self-Care Saturday tips help promote wellness and positivity.

This week's tip is to practice progressive muscle relaxation.

Tense and release each muscle group in your body, starting from your toes and working up to your head.

This technique relieves physical tension and encourages relaxation. It’s especially helpful if you carry stress in your shoulders, neck, or back.

Practicing before bed can also improve sleep quality.

We can only give what we allow into our human container of light. How far does someone have to allow into their life for life to become easy? The light within us is limitless, but we live and are conditioned to accept limits. Most of the limits are due to the extent of fear we hold inside, which takes up a lot of room and leaves us less space for our true light.

In Friday's Tune In With Tony Meditation Class, we will visit another high-vibration question that will bring us new insights instead of the ‘why’ questions.

This week, our topic is "Container of Light".

In this class, we talk about how much light comes out of us.

We can only give what we allow into our human container of light. How far does someone have to allow into their life for life to become easy? The light within us is limitless, but we live and are conditioned to accept limits. Most of the limits are due to the extent of fear we hold inside, which takes up a lot of room and leaves us less space for our true light.

If we want to understand more of why we can't accept our brilliance, join us on this adventure of the light inside of you and the container it holds.
