Plenitude Wellness I am a licensed homeopath and Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I also use Iridology and essential oils in my practice.

My focus here is in educating as many people as I can on more natural ways to live, in the hope that by living more naturally one can achieve optimal health and wellness. My focus is on the entire body - mental, emotional and physical as everything is connected to health and wellbeing.
