This is where your time on the water begins. 🌊

Your Floating Sauna experience starts at Manteo at Eldorado Resort, where you’ll make your way toward the lake and meet us at the black iron gates on the dock.

We’ll greet you there and walk you out to the sauna, so all you need to do is arrive about five minutes before your session with your swimsuit and everything you need to settle in.

From the moment you step onto the dock, the rest of the day starts to feel a little slower. 🤍

Your Sauna session does not have to begin in the heat. 🌞

You can start upstairs on the rooftop, roll out one of our yoga mats and take a few quiet minutes to stretch, breathe and look out over the Okanagan Lake before heading down to the sauna.

Or save it for the end, when your body is warm, the lake has cooled you down and you are ready to finish your session with a slow stretch in the fresh air.

And when you do not feel like moving at all, the rooftop is also there for you to simply lounge, take in the view and enjoy being on the water a little longer. 🤍
