I have updates, Fam!

Towards the end of 2023 a beautiful opportunity came my way and that has resulted in a change to the way I will show up for you.

I continue to be your resource for all things vitamins & supplements. However, we’ll no longer have an e-commerce site for you to shop.

This change is due to my new role with the CanPrev brand, working hard on their product development team.

I’m loving this new chapter and can’t wait to share the most up-to-date, innovative information with you. (And giving them 100% of my focus, which is why I decided to close the online store.)

As always, I love being here for you. Reach out anytime with questions and I’ll be happy to help 😊❤️

This is the beautiful honey I sold in the store. Buy direct at the Uxbridge farmers market or from their farm store Autumn's Bounty

It angers us that it is getting harder and harder for people to afford food (let alone quality food) to feed their families.

Being self producers and having amazing bees gives us the opportunity to offer this liquid gold at the prices we do.

We love our customers and want to help them through this insanity.

Fam! I am so excited to see everyone at the upcoming event in Sutton, Her Local Business.

Not only will I be speaking but I will have a vendor table, as well!

What do you think I should sell there? I'm thinking a magical powder that goes into coffee and smoothies ... What do you think?!🤔

Tell me what you want me to bring in the comments 👇

The Spring has sprung, friends. Maybe you are feeling a boost from the longer, brighter days but maybe you are struggling after the most grey winter ever (ok - maybe not ever, but it sure felt like that!)

Recovering from burnout is no short-term play. It takes time and a holistic approach. This week on the blog, I talk about my 3 favorite nutrients to support recovery from burnout.
