What’s REALLY in Your Windex? 🪟

Let’s break down a few ingredients that might make you think twice:

1. Ammonia (Ammonium Hydroxide)
⚠️ Cuts grease—but can irritate your eyes, lungs & skin. Not asthma-friendly!

2. 2-Butoxyethanol
❌ A powerful solvent… but a known skin & eye irritant. Can be absorbed through your skin—yikes!

3. “Fragrance”
?? That fresh smell? Often a mystery mix of chemicals, possibly including hormone-disrupting phthalates.

4. Isopropanolamine
🧪 Helps clean, but can irritate skin and lungs with frequent use.

Bottom line: Windex works—but at what cost?

✨ Toxin-free DIY glass cleaner using dōTERRA essential oils—safe, natural & it smells amazing!

On the morning of our middle child's 8th birthday we quickly jumped out of bed to watch the thunder and lightning under our front porch. Then this rainbow appeared amongst the red sky.
It was so beautiful 😍

I love March ☘️ So much to celebrate and so much more of the year to look forward to! Lots of snow here but maybe we'll see some clovers in April 🥴☘️

February at home 🇬🇧 vs February here 🇨🇦
Missing home is like longing for a familiar warmth—the streets, the people, the little routines that once felt ordinary but now seem special 🥰
Where we live now has its own charm and its own lessons to teach me.
Some days, I ache for the comfort of the past; other days, I embrace the adventure of the present.
It’s a constant dance between nostalgia and growth, between holding on and moving forward 💫
