We understand that times are tough. Financial situations change, emergencies happen, and
sometimes life simply gets in the way. We genuinely understand that. When you book an appointment and fail to show up without notice, it affects far more than just an empty chair.
This is our livelihood. This is how we pay our bills, put food on our family's table, and keep our studio doors open. Every appointment is time we have set aside specifically for YOU. When you don't show up, that's income we lose and an opportunity another client could have had.
This is not a hobby. This is our business, our career, and how we support our family.
We aren't asking anyone to prioritize a tattoo over their financial responsibilities. In fact, if money is tight, we completely understand rescheduling your appointment. All we ask is that you communicate with us so we have the opportunity to fill that spot. A quick message costs nothing. A no show costs us much more than you might realize.
We love what we do, but passion alone doesn't pay the bills or keep a small business running.
Please be considerate. Please communicate. And please remember that behind this business are familes depending on it.
