That's why it's so tough for some to get strong at push ups, pull ups, rows, etc.
It can nullify your workouts, fat loss goals, breathing etc.

"Muscles control bones"

Strength training is the magic pill. No shortcuts.
Also, you have to stop standing in that position.

One more thing.
I can't keep the weight on with my 3 days of home strength training and 2 days of hills sprints training a week.(This is my 2nd summer of hill sprints in my life).
Plus I'm eating lots of food and I have to increase my intake too. Wow!
What a nice problem to have yes?

And for cardio choose these options INSTEAD of jogging cause it's not doing what you think it's doing. Those peeps that look great, and jog did not get their looks from jogging either. They have genetics and they are doing what you are missing; balanced nutrition, adequate recovery, and proper strength training.

"Success NEVER NEVER NEVER works in isolation"

Translation:
Jogging does not work in isolation.

Breathing hard and sweating are not good indicators of success.

-Swimming
-Soccer
-Tennis
-Volly ball
-Squash
Etc
I think you get the point but do them 2x a week for a minimum of 5 summers.

Hill sprints is in a class of itself but that's too simple for your complicated mind.โค

Then I'll take the other 1/2 tsp of creatine which will help drive the food into my muscle cells and not fat cells.

It's for 1 hour! You could be negating your training time based on this one crucial detail.
Muscle activation starts with the big toe.
Maybe that's why you need to stretch soooooooo much. Nah! What do I know.

PASSIVE STRETCHES MAY NOT BE CUTTING IT FOR YOU.
Stiffness is often times a GOOD thing.
It does not mean that you need to go and stretch it out.
Keep working on stability.

You know that only makes things harder and more frustrating as well as seemingly impossible.
Perpetually work on the skillsets and education required for the life skill of exercise and nutrition.
This is a life long enterprise and there is no finish line.
Once you get that in your heart you'll be able to get the most of VF and achieve positive outcomes beyond what you even planned for.

Another great Visionary Fitness PowerFit Sunday session. Two classes today. Both groups brought the strength and energy. Super proud of everyone for pushing their limit ๐Ÿ’ช Next Sunday we are at it again! 8am and 9:30am. Space still available for the 9:30m class. Contact us to reserve your spot.
Yesterday I hurt my back opening the garbage can lid lol. I have a history of sciatica and disc issues. I always try to work through it but normally I have little to no success for days and sometimes weeks. However. With the help of meds and the time I have spent working on my core I may have done something preventive. Today my back is not super sore just sore. And I was able to do some light slow body weight squats I did 4 sets of 20 plus a 50 set burnout. I stopped at the slightest hint of tightness. I also did 4 sets of 15 push-ups. Now for a hot shower and work the rest of the day. I'll see how my body reacts and adjust accordingly. Here is to pushing to the limit and not through causing further damages. I'm leading to leave the ego behind.
One more for good luck. Feeling great. Sweaty but great
Got my butt kicked by shore leave today. Happy for it. But I did get a laugh out of this bucket in my basement. It says I'm no longer allowed to do RDL'S. Lol
Today was a disappointing morning. No electricity and I was not prepared for breakfast. So I was behind. Work was super busy so I was not able to eat lunch until after 3 pm. Ate a bit of chicken and decided to rock shore leave. Was finally able to do it fully completely. And held each position for the full 30 seconds. Soaked in sweat. Gotta rock some cardio today probably hit the heavy bag for a bit and some ground and pound again. Sorry for the long post feeling like I need it for some reason. Much love to everyone
Decided to add some cardio to the end of my shore leave today. I did 2 rounds one for one minute and the second for maybe 30 seconds. I used to be able to do this stuff for an hour with good form and still be ok after. Today was the first day of the journey back to being able o do 3 full rounds with snap and power. Sorry for the mess.
This is what happens when you do the assault bike pyramid....it will lay you out flat!!
