To our valued clients,

We are excited to be given the opportunity to gradually reopen our clinic. We ask that you thoroughly read this email, as it entails important information regarding new protocols put in place for your safety. We will be contacting previously cancelled appointments first, as well as prioritizing clients with essential care needs.Please be patient with this process as we will be working limited hours and operating by appointment only.

What to expect:

To book an appointment, please email the clinic and include your phone number. We will call you to book your appointment and go over the COVID-19 screening questions. Due to our limited hours, allow up to 3 business days to reply. Please note, we will not be booking multiple appointments at this time due to limited availability.

Please do not show up more than 10 minutes before you appointment as we have limited parking.

Upon arrival please remain in or around your vehicle. If you are walking or coming by cab please wait at the indicated areas by the front door.

When it is time for your appointment we will direct you into the clinic and once again go over COVID-19 screening questions and direct you to the treatment room.

We will do our best to move along quickly to avoid crowds in the waiting area, both before and after your appointment.

All clients are required to bring and wear a mask upon arrival to the clinic and throughout the treatment.

There are hand sanitizing stations located throughout the clinic for your safety.

We are leaving extra time between clients in order to properly disinfect all treatment areas and high touch surfaces.

We encourage you to use tap to pay for services and we will be providing electronic receipts.

We kindly ask you to cancel your appointment if you begin to have any symptoms such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing, or feeling unwell.
