Join Meghan Spies and myself as we lead you through a restorative workshop that nourishes and liberates your inner child.

A morning to soften, reconnect, and come home to yourself.

Soothe and calm your nervous system as we reconnect with the inner child within us — the part that knows creativity, joy, curiosity, play, and authentic expression.

We begin with a healing sound bath, followed by a Reiki-infused meditation, sacred time in circle, and an integrative dance journey.

A liberating experience to release expectations, move without judgment, take up space, and reconnect with the person you were before you learned to care so much about the opinions of others.

I began my journey with Chakradance in 2019, after taking a class and having the most magical experience. I fell in love with this beautiful healing modality and wanted to bring it into my community. Although it took me 5 years to find myself, along with the courage to teach and guide others, I am in awe of how Chakradance has already touched so many people.

The Sacral Chakra is the chakra of creativity, pleasure, sensuality, emotions, intimacy and flow. This is our centre for embracing our feelings, expressing ourselves, and experiencing the joy of being alive.

Join us for a Sacral ✨Chakradance✨ class where we journey into the depths of this energy centre. We awaken our creative life force, explore the wisdom of our emotions, reconnect with our sensuality, and invite ourselves to move freely without judgment. This is an opportunity to release stagnant energy, reconnect with our inner desires, and embrace the magic of our feminine energy.

✨Chakradance✨ is a meditative dance experience where we move with eyes covered and on a yoga mat. The music changes to match the frequency of each chakra. Chakradance combines breath, movement, visualization and sound healing to create a deep and embodied journey inwards.

Look at what came in the mail today! The book is FINALLY in my hands and I couldn’t be more excited & proud! I am officially a published author! Yay 🥳📖✨

Late last year, I spontaneously decided to join a co-author book project, where I would journey through writing a chapter for empow-HER-ed Book 3.

My chapter is a memoir of my journey through healing, finding my voice, and the spiritual awakening that transformed me.

My chapter is about the reclamation of my power, my voice, and all of the pieces of me that I lost in the shadows. It is about my journey inward towards healing, self-love, wholeness, and the divine.

I am thrilled to share my story with the world 🤍

My hope is that somebody else in the world will be inspired to speak their truth, share their story, and harness their inner power because of the words that I wrote.

✨🟠Sacral🟠✨

Earlier this week, I woke up at 5 AM to do a dance before I prepared for my workday.

I started my journey with chakradance in 2019, and this was the first time I’ve ever seen a monkey dangling from the trees, swinging on branches, and dragging its hands on the Earth. It was the most beautiful and primal thing. For me, it symbolized playfulness, staying connected to the Earth, and moving freely with curiosity and freedom like children do. This was absolutely perfect as I have been working again with my inner child in the last few months, but also the playfulness and curiosity of the monkey ties into the sacral chakra as well, which is all about feelings, liberation, creativity, sexuality, and play. As I wrap up the Root Chakra and prepare for the Sacral, these messages were synchronous.

So much emotion came up for me during the dance. I could feel a lot of energy being released. In the last few months during meditation, I’ve often found myself being held in a nest made of branches connected to a tree— offering sturdy, stable, grounding, and loving energy as I feel Pachamama holding me.

After I completed the dance, I pulled a card for more clarity about what emotions were coming through. This is the card that I pulled…The Moon (not to be confused with the tarot moon). This shamanic card is a symbolism of how we move through moments of darkness and moments of light, periods of emptiness and periods of fullness. The woman, the moon phases, all symbolize the feminine, cyclic, and sexual energy of the sacral chakra. The message from the card is to make space to explore the inner world—for feelings, for depth, and for the unembraced parts of our being.
