Fembodied Fitness Helping women 35+ work WITH their cortisol & metabolism to finally look like they work out as much as they do.

You booked the vacation, but part of you is already planning what to wear so you can hide in the photos. The outfit you love stays in the closet until you feel better in your body.

When you’ve always been active and disciplined, it’s disorienting to feel less like yourself—and start wondering if this is just what getting older looks like.

But you haven’t stopped trying. And wanting to feel strong, confident, and comfortable in your skin doesn’t make you shallow.

Maybe the strategy that used to work doesn’t fit the body and life you have now. You can want to feel better in your body without putting your life on hold until you do.

Your results are being built long before you can see them.

But “trust the process” only works when you actually have a process worth trusting.

You can’t just effort your way to the body you want. You need a plan that makes sense for the body you have now—and the life you’re living now.

Because I know you’re disciplined. You’ve always been active. You know how to work hard and follow through.

But when your body stops responding the way it used to, doing more of the same isn’t automatically the answer.

More cardio. Less food. Tighter rules. A whole new plan because the scale didn’t move this week.

You don’t need to prove how hard you can work. You need to know what to work on—and give that strategy enough time to work.

That means focusing on the things that actually move you forward: building strength, fueling your body, recovering well, and making adjustments based on how you’re responding—not panic-changing direction every few days.

Believe that you can feel strong, lean, confident, and like yourself again.

Then commit to a plan that supports that goal, and stay with it long enough to see the progress taking shape.

Because you don’t get there by working harder at random.

You get there by doing the right things, consistently, for long enough.

Luisa was 45 and doing everything she thought she was supposed to do.

She was working out almost every day, prioritizing protein, eating well, and making changes to support her sleep and hormones.

But as perimenopause started to hit, her body felt different. The weight and body fat weren’t budging the way they used to. She felt bloated, inflamed, uncomfortable in her clothes—and frustrated because she was genuinely trying hard every single day.

And when you’re putting in that much effort with so little to show for it, it can start to feel like your body has just stopped cooperating.

When Luisa started our Cortisol CALM Method, she noticed a difference in how she felt within days. Now she’s down 12 pounds, feeling amazing in her clothes again, and finally seeing her hard work pay off.

She didn’t need to push harder.

She needed a strategy that better supported her body, training, nutrition, and this season of life.

You might see this photo of me and think like I’ve got it all figured out. Meanwhile, I felt like a shell of a human.

I went from placing top 10 in the world on the Olympia stage… to gaining 30 pounds and, despite everything I knew about fitness, not being able to get it off.

Fitness had been my whole life. I was a gymnast, a cheerleader, a personal trainer, an IFBB Pro—and I coached women to get stage-ready.

I knew how to create an incredible transformation for a moment in time.

But eventually, the pressure and extremes caught up with me.

When my body stopped responding, I did what I thought I was supposed to do: more cardio, less food, harder training.

And it only made things worse.

I looked like someone who should have it all figured out—but I felt like an absolute shell of a human being.

That season forced me to learn a different way: how to support my body through food, recovery, stress, training, and a more balanced approach to all of it.

And it changed the way I coach women forever.

I still want women to look strong, lean, athletic, and confident as hell.

But I want them to get there without fitness taking over their entire life.

Because fitness should support your life—not take it over. 🤍

She was tired of wishing she was in shape and DECIDED she was going to.

Kelsey wasn’t starting from zero. She’d been active her whole life.

A competitive swimmer growing up, a mountain biker, trail runner and skier. At 44, she’s an operating room nurse who’s on her feet all day, averages 10,000 steps and walks her dogs after work.

She was already lifting with progressive overload, tracking macros and trying to make changes. She’d lost nearly 10 pounds, but then progress slowed. She was hungrier, lifting heavier, and still wanted better guidance with nutrition and training.

What she wanted wasn’t to be the skinniest version of herself. She wanted to build muscle, look more defined, feel strong, and stop wishing she was in shape and actually feel that way.

Once we got more precise with her nutrition and brought her protein up to 130 grams, she started noticing changes in her body composition: more inches lost, her clothes fitting better, and progress that didn’t always show up as a big change on the scale.

That’s why we look beyond the number. The right guidance can help you make your effort count—and build a plan that fits the life and body you have now.

If you’re active and doing the work but still missing the definition you want, comment KELSEY and I’ll send you the details.

A year ago, Ashley felt so far away from the woman she knew herself to be.

When we first started talking, she was tearful. She was exhausted, bloated, uncomfortable, and feeling so lost—even though she was trying hard to turn things around and find her way back.

Over the last year, she’s built an impressive amount of muscle and become so strong in the gym. Her confidence is back. She has more energy, her mood is better, and her relationship with food has changed for the better. She doesn’t feel constantly bloated or uncomfortable anymore.

But what gets me most is how much she feels different—the way she shows up for herself and the confidence she’s rebuilt.

She didn’t need another reason to push harder. She needed a plan that made sense for her and support while she followed it.

I’m so proud of how far she’s come, and so grateful she trusted us to be part of it.

I could NOT figure out why I was gaining weight instead of leaning out.

I was eating less.
Training harder.
Doing more cardio.

I was doing everything I thought was supposed to make me leaner…

…and somehow, I was getting softer.

My waist was getting thicker. My energy was crashing. The harder I pushed, the less my body seemed to respond.

And because I’m me 😂 my first thought was:

“Clearly I need to try harder.”

Except I already knew how to try hard. That wasn’t the problem.

After years of under-eating, overtraining, and treating every body change like a reason to push harder, I needed a different strategy. For me, that meant fueling myself properly, pulling back on cardio I didn’t need, and giving recovery the same attention as my workouts—before pushing fat loss again.

That’s when things started to change.

My energy came back. My body started responding again. And I could get leaner without constantly trying to eat less and do more.

If you’ve always been active and disciplined, but lately you’re thinking, “I just want to look like I work out as much as I actually do”—I get it.

You can want to look leaner, stronger, and more defined without going back to extremes or making your body your full-time job.

I created my Metabolism Quiz to help you look at what might be keeping your progress stuck and where to focus next.

DM or comment “QUIZ” and I’ll send it to you. 👇

Someone reminded me the other day: you don’t feel ready and then start. You start—and the decision to show up is what helps you become ready.

Choosing not to take action is a choice, too.

The physique, energy, and health you want aren’t waiting for some elusive moment when you finally feel ready. They’re on the other side of the decision you make today.
