Registered Reflexology Practitioner RRCO I am a Registered Reflexology Practitioner with the RRCO. I also a Reiki Practitioner and have completed a Crystal Therapy Techniques course. I am also a Certified Postpartum Doula and training to become a Labour & Birth Doula.I offer foot, hand and eat Reflexology sessions as well as Reiki and Crystal Therapy. School starts soon. My daughter gets a lot of anxiety around this time. She designed a bracelet to help and one for one of her best friends, who for the first time will not be in class with her.

I love watching my kids pick the gemstone beads to help her.

There is not a specific “poop button” on the foot. While many people notice changes in digestion after a relaxing session, reflexology is not a guaranteed way to stimulate a bowel movement.
