I’m SO excited to share that today is my first day at Well Daze in Guelph, joining Aimee Sutton and her wonderful team! 💛

First of all… can we talk about the NAME?! 😂

Well Daze. As in, come in with all your aches, pains, stress, and life’s little (or big) problems… and leave in a wellness daze. ✨

Okay, maybe that’s not the official definition, but I think it should be. 😉

In all seriousness, I’m so excited to be part of a team that shares my passion for helping people feel GOOD in their bodies. Combine a beautiful, calming space with talented practitioners who genuinely care about what they do, and you have something pretty special.

Whether you’re dealing with aches and pains, feeling a little disconnected from your body, navigating the demands of motherhood, or simply ready to give yourself some much-needed TLC, I can’t wait to welcome you in.

A new chapter in Guelph 💕🌿

I’m so happy to finally share that I’m opening up in Guelph and joining the beautiful community at Well Daze Eco Wellness!

After some time away, it feels really special to be putting down roots in a new community and continuing to do the work I love — helping women and families feel more comfortable, connected and at home in their bodies.

I’m especially excited to be part of a space that feels so aligned with the way I believe wellness should feel: welcoming, thoughtful, holistic and human.

A little practice update from Osteopathy with Andi 🌿

I had originally hoped to reopen my practice in September, but as life sometimes does, a few unexpected curveballs have shifted those plans.

I’m taking a little additional time to navigate some these changes and ensure that my return to practice is set up thoughtfully.

The exciting part? I absolutely will be returning to practice — and Guelph will be part of the next chapter! 🤍✨

And for my KW patients… stay tuned. 👀

I’m keeping the possibilities open, and I’ll have more to share when the time is right.

I am officially on maternity leave until September 2026 🤍

I’m so excited for this next chapter and to soak up as much time as possible with my expanding family. I will truly miss seeing all of you in the clinic during this time.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out with such kind messages and support. We really do have the most wonderful community, and I’m so grateful to be part of it.

Sometimes life has other plans 🤍

With a very full heart, I am sharing that I will be closing the clinic earlier than anticipated and will be on leave effective immediately until the fall.

I truly love being in practice. Serving this community and caring for each of you individually has been such a gift. I often talk about making your health goals a priority — and now it is my turn to prioritize my own health and the health of my baby.

I will miss you all dearly. I had hoped to continue on your health journeys with you a little longer, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I will be returning to practice on September 14, 2026, and online booking will reopen in August for the fall season.
