As we head into the end of the year and the last two months of 2025, we wanted to share a quick update on our therapists:

💆‍♂️ Travis, Crystal, and James — our awesome RMTs — will continue accepting new clients through November and December 2025.

🌿 Kathy, our wonderful Reflexologist, is also continuing to accept new clients for November and December 2025.

👐 Bryhnn and Myla, our amazing Osteopathic Practitioners, will also remain open to new clients for the rest of 2025.

✨ The rest of our team — whose names you don’t see here — are not accepting new clients for the remainder of the year.

We’re so grateful for another successful and fulfilling year, and we look forward to helping you continue your health and wellness journey into 2026. 🧡

💿 The Life of a Clinic Owner: A heartfelt (and overly caffeinated) soundtrack to running a wellness clinic💿️

Waitlist Symphony
A dramatic opener. Phones ringing, emails pinging, clients hoping the universe aligns so they can get that one
perfect slot.

Cancel Culture
A soulful ballad about those last-minute texts that start with, “Hey, sorry but…”

The Great Ghosting
A slow-tempo heartbreak song. You prepped the room, warmed the table… and they ghosted you

The Temperature Starter
A jazzy back-and-forth duet between “it’s too cold” and “It’s way too hot in here.”

The Unicorn Wand
A mystical anthem inspired by the clients who think your schedule is a Tetris game you can just rearrange at will.

Five-Star impression
A power ballad celebrating every glowing Google review that makes it all feel worthwhile.

Failure to load
A heavy metal headbanger, when insurance claims don’t cover the client's treatment.

Laundry Fairies
An energetic, rhythmic song powered entirely by the doof of the dryer and the scent of laundry detergent and bounce sheets.

Reception Redemption
A catchy pop tune honouring the front desk team who keep the chaos (mostly) under control.

The “Break-up”
A gentle piano piece about the hour spot that the reception booked before you could block your schedule

After 4:30 pm club
A funky, dramatic closer —for all the people who want evening appointments

Nineteen years and counting
A slow, symphonic sound to celebrate 19 years when they told you it wouldn’t be more than 10.

BONUS TRACK:

Ring of Relaxation

A humours slow jam when that moment the clients look in the mirror and say “Oh…I have a mark, don’t I?”
