About Us

At Lanigan Pharmacy, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, personalized patient care and customer service to our community. We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our front-of-store team on a full-time basis starting immediately.

Position Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will be the friendly face that greets our patients and customers, helps them find what they need, and maintains an organized, welcoming retail environment. You will assist with cash handling, merchandising, inventory control, and providing general over-the-counter product guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide attentive assistance with front-shop products, vitamins, cosmetics, and home healthcare supplies.
Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently and accurately process cash, debit, and credit transactions using our pharmacy management/POS system.
Merchandising & Restocking: Stock shelves, face inventory, create eye-catching displays, and maintain clean, organized retail aisles.
Inventory Management: Assist with receiving orders, checking expiry dates, and conducting regular cycle counts.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacy assistants and pharmacists to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Previous retail, customer service, or pharmacy assistant experience is an asset, but enthusiastic candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including flexibility for rotating shifts (weekdays and occasional weekends).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
