Incoming heat wave! Here's some tips to stay safe over the next week,

- drink plenty of water and stay hydrated
- use sunscreen when going outside
- dress light & wear loose fitting clothing
- try to limit outdoor activity to the morning or evening hours
- stay indoors and close curtains during the day
- get enough rest
- hot cars can be deadly, don't leave children or pets in the car
- take a cool shower or bath to help you cool off

SRSAN and its partners SAIPA and SACLA are so happy to announce a competition for the design of the 2021 Citizen Walk About T-shirt! Submit your design for a chance to contribute to a great cause and have your work seen by hundreds of people!

Your design must be for the front of a single colour t-shirt, and must feature the SRSAN and Citizen Walk About logos. Send your designs to [email protected] by 4 July to enter!
