Most people walk into the gym and go straight for the weights.

Balance and hand eye coordination, rarely make the list.

Those are the skills that actually keep you steady and reactive as you get older.

This is a simple way to start training them.

💬 Let us know in the comments if hand-eye coordination or balance training is part of your program? ⬇️⬇️

Have you ever tried squats on a slant board??

When you squat with your heels elevated, it specifically targets your quad muscles.

If you are lacking ankle mobility, a slant board will allow you to achieve a deeper squat.

To work on your ankle mobility just spin the slant board around and use it to stretch your calves!
