Pure Spa Most skincare products often contain carcinogenic ingredients which eventually damage us in ways we would never have suspected.

We offer a eucalyptus steam room, a Finnish cedar sauna, therapeutic massage, hydromassage, pedicures, facials, lashes, eyebrow microblading, waxing, sugaring, and a relaxation lounge. All products applied to our skin absorb into our blood stream and internal organs, therefore products containing toxic chemicals will affect our overall health. Some chemical ingredients cause hormone imbalances and tax our kidneys and our liver.

There’s a version of your skin hiding under a layer of dead cells and peach fuzz. We’re here to reveal it.

Meet our Refresh Facial + Dermaplane — the treatment people can’t stop asking about once they see the results.

Using a surgical scalpel (don’t worry, it’s gentler than it sounds), we gently scrape away everything standing between you and smoother skin — dead cells, fine facial hair, all of it.

Then we layer in our Refresh Facial: nutrient-rich Eminence organic products that sink deep instead of just sitting on top.

The result?
✨ Skin that looks smoother in real time, not just “refreshed”
🪞 A complexion that actually catches light
💧 Every product you apply after works twice as hard
⏱️ Zero downtime — you leave glowing, not red or irritated

This isn’t a facial. It’s a reset button for your skin.

Most facials start with a towel and a cleanser. Ours starts with a sauna.

Our Hungarian Facial is a full 90-minute reset that begins with a complimentary session in our Eucalyptus Steam Room and Finnish Cedar Sauna — That steam and heat activates your skin’s detoxification and regenerative processes before we even start the facial. Then we customize a treatment to your exact skin needs using Eminence organic skin care.

Why it works:
Every product we use is organic, nutrient-rich, and food-grade (yes, you could technically eat it — that’s how clean it is)

Steam + sauna opens things up so your skin actually absorbs what we put on it
Fully customized exfoliation and hydration, tailored to your skin, not a one-size-fits-all routine

🎁 Sauna and steam room access included with an Eminence Hungarian Facial booking— no extra cost

It’s not a facial. It’s a full reset that happens to end with glowing skin.

Cold & flu season is coming. Here’s the massage that fights back.

Meet our Immune Boost Massage, not your average relaxation session. This one is built with a purpose: keeping you well.

We blend antimicrobial and antiviral essential oils into a full massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, and deep heat treatment designed to actually support your immune system, not just relax you (though it’ll do that too).

Here’s what it does:
- Fights the common cold, flu, and other respiratory ailments

- Opens up congested lungs and sinuses (hello, decongestant benefits)

- Relieves muscle tension while working from the inside out

Think of it as your seasonal defense system with a massage table attached.🍂

NEW Product Alert🔔: Vitamin C+ Serum

Not all Vitamin C is created equal. Here’s why our new Eminence Vitamin C⁺ Serum is different.

Most vitamin C serums use the same old L-ascorbic acid powerful, but unstable and rough on sensitive skin. Eminence flipped the script with Vitamin C⁺ (3-O-Ethyl

Ascorbic Acid): a stable, dual-soluble form that actually absorbs into skin instead of sitting on top or breaking down before it can work.

But here’s the real difference it’s not vitamin C alone:
Mulberry — rich in polyphenols, fades the look of dark spots and evens out tone
Glutathione — a powerhouse antioxidant that tackles uneven pigmentation from a different angle
Cloudberry — packed with ellagic acid to shield skin from environmental stress and dryness

Together, this isn’t just brightening — it’s brightening + protecting + evening tone, all in one lightweight gel-cream that’s gentle enough for sensitive skin.

Your basic drugstore vitamin C serum wishes it had this lineup. 💛

📍 Book your Eminence facial with us and feel the difference for yourself.

It’s hard to believe we’re heading into our 9th year at Pure Spa!

Along the way, we’ve had the absolute
privilege of working alongside some incredibly talented and compassionate people who have helped us build our community🤍

Some have moved out of Lethbridge, some have moved on to other adventures, and some are still right here, taking care of our clients every day.

We believe it takes a team of people who genuinely care about each other, about the clients they serve, and about the little moments that make this place feel like it does.

We wanted to introduce you to a few of them. People who truly want to be here, who show up wanting to listen, understand what you need, and make sure you walk out feeling well taken care of.

We’ll be introducing you to them one by one over the next few weeks no big production, just wonderful people we can’t wait for you to know a little better.

When’s the last time you actually relaxed?

Not scrolling-on-the-couch relaxed actually let-your-shoulders-drop, breathe-deep relaxed.

That’s what an hour on our table can do.
Whether it’s tension from your desk job, a workout that hit different, or just plain life stress our RMTs know how to work it out.

And if your workplace benefits allow it, we do direct billing!

In the treatment room, your voice matters just as much as ours.

We want to hear from you:
✔️ If the pressure feels right — or if it needs to be lighter or deeper
✔️ If anything feels uncomfortable, ever
✔️ If you want to chat, or if you just need quiet
✔️ If there’s an area that needs a little extra attention today

Nothing is too small to mention, and nothing you say will ever feel like an inconvenience.
This time is yours — we’re simply here to make sure it’s exactly what you need it to be. Your comfort isn’t an afterthought.
You deserve to feel fully taken care of🤍

09/13/2026

You don’t have to choose.
So often we hear people trying to decide: “Should I book something relaxing, or should I get the deep tissue work I actually need?” As if it has to be one or the other.
It doesn’t.

Your body can hold both. The tension you’re carrying in your shoulders and the need to just breathe and switch off for an hour. The knots that need real pressure and the nervous system that needs to come down off high alert.

That’s what a blended massage is for deeper work where your body is asking for it, softer and slower where it just needs to rest. One session, both needs met.

You’re allowed to want to feel better and to feel cared for. Not one instead of the other.
