Loves....

This one goes deep... it's not really warranted of a Trigger Warning...
but none-the-less, if you choose to read on, partake with grace.
Most of us have grown up in homes, schools & society that are built upon co-dependency & drama-stories...

Which basically is:
any dynamic or relationship where there is a VICTIM * VILIAN * HERO ..basically someone who seems like the "good guy" & someone who seems like the "bad guy"

Just look at any news, politics, or any place you feel things are un-fair, un-just, etc.

Could be something like.... how you look at your work, a boss, a co-worker, a friend group, your partner, a family drama, your money, how you view the financial state of the world, how you view men & women, or government, or school, or God... it's embedded into everything, simply by default of how we've grown up. It's honestly the ONLY way, many of us have ever seen the world & maybe not even questioned, until now.

Something is stirring, & I think you already know it.
Things are changing & all change has to happen with in us first.
To change the World we change ourselves...

Our views must shift, or we keep co-creating the un-healthy patterns.
And we're simply doing it, because we've not had the opportunity to completely change our lens... until now.
Feels like the time is right, so many planets are in retrograde, like a big pull back of the arrow before the strong launch forward into the new...

Let's take this time to pull back, clear all this old patterning, drop the excess weight we've been carrying of old beliefs (our own & culturally for a very, very long time) & clear it ---forever, so that we are almost born new... with new eyes... as we move forward to CREATE a new way for ourselves & to teach others.
It has to start with us... We are the Ancestors ... It's us who are called...

That's why you're here NOW, in this time, & presented with this thought, idea & opportunity.
And we need to do it with others.

Nobody wants to feel pain or discomfort,
we all instinctively know that....

But what no one talks about, is a little bit, or a lot bit, of pain, makes us move...
it wakes us up & shakes us out of any monotony & being stuck.

No one tells you that the cost of building a new life, is your old one.
And for a lot of people, that's exactly the spot they stop moving forward.

It often takes a big shake by life, to humble us & rattle us to our core, & only then do we make the changes we need.

Well lucky for you (though it may not feel that way right now) ---
that's exactly what is happening right now between the two eclipses.

Your identity is being shaken to the core,
as well as your thoughts on how this world works...
In other words -- the rug feels like it's being pulled out from under you, while at the same time, your questioning who you are.

It's humbling to say the least...
And the good news is - LIFE has put you here... in that powerful place of being called to make change.

What's particularly beautiful about this rattling that happening, is that it's not taking anything from you that's actually serving you. It's actually dismantling the illusions, the isolation & your limiting beliefs about who you are, what your here to do, & your capabilities. Loves.... let's GATHER
~ WOMEN'S CIRCLE ~

Lately I've been learning so much about how important is for WOMEN to Gather & support one another...
& not just because socially it feels great ---
but because our NERVOUS SYSTEMS actually get REGULATED through it.
..
Here's the Science;

Did you know, that the female nervous system wasn't even studied closely until the early 2000's. So almost all of the information previous to that time, was based on a male body.

When they did study the female nervous system, they found that it regulated differently than a man's...
it actually regulated through OXYTOCIN, not dopamine (like a man's)

So for men, they feel good, regulated & full when they push through, succeed, provide & things are getting done...
but for female bodies, we feel grounded, regulated, happy & at peace through connection, co-regulation, beauty, pleasure, touch & meaningful conversations.

& what's even more interesting to learn...
is that oxytocin is actually drained by running dopamine systems in the female body...
meaning;....the more the female body pushes, strives, stresses, pushes past it's limits, or takes on more, ... the sicker, more unwell, disconnected & unhappy she gets.
The less pleasure she has, the less love she feels, the less connected she feels.... & her downward spiral begins...
So if you are a female, feeling like you just can't get ahead, you just don't feel good, you feel overburdened & under loved, lonely, disconnected, craving real closeness....
it makes sense...

You're running in a culture that's primarily valued men's systems & is built on men's systems... & not yours.

So, now that you understand that, you can start to change the way you live.
You can start to replenish your oxytocin...
& prioritize your nervous system ... for YOUR body.
And one of the most powerful & easiest ways you can do that, is through connection with other women... especially other women on this journey committed to their healing path;
because we move through this journey together, we face the fears together, face the shame that may arise together, we talk together, laugh, cry, mirror each other, support each other, validate each other & create closeness.

It's time for us to love our bodies & help them back on track.

That feeling of spring is in the air... & I know for many of us, we just can't stop dreaming. Something in us comes ALIVE as the sun shines brighter & we get to take off the winter layers & emerge.... & you almost start to remember the person you were before the long winter settled in. All of a sudden it feels like anything & everything is possible & the World opens up.

And what's interesting is, even the way we look at ourselves changes....
After taking off the winter layers, we see our own skin again, feel the sun on our faces, & literally feel less weighted down... it's like we get to see ourselves brand new. We get to see how we look today, & what's been under all those layers & who we are in the World as we leave my house more, or desire to do more things or go more places.
We get to see bits of who we are, by how our bodies looks. There's no more hiding, no more hibernation... & there's a truth that becomes told.

I know for me, as I'm ready to spread my wings for the spring & summer... body image, confidence or lack there of, is a "thing" for me. And I think that's pretty common for most of us. But there's a weird thing I've noticed; those in the more "Spiritual Worlds" tend to feel shameful or guilty for admitting that they feel it, or even more so that sometimes they feel stuck.
And while I know so many powerful, empowered humans in the Spiritual World, the physical world (as in their own body satisfaction or health) is a place where I know they can still feel sticky.
For me as a coach, even saying these things...(though true) ... feels like it's a "no-go zone"...
But why...?
Bodies ARE a part of our healing.
Feeling beautiful & confident in our bodies IS a facet of our health & empowerment...
Why is it so taboo, to bring up such a topic, or admit that as wise as we are in other realms, there's layers of the body that hurt & hold shame... & it's almost so deep that we want to pretend it's not there.

But the "pain teacher" is the "pain teacher".... & it calls us through anything we can hear...
it's our own wisdom calling us home...
& if your not feeling comfortable in your physical body... that's a layer ready for you to heal.
You're not being vain, your not being superficial... your actually being incredibly brave, to make the choice to turn & look at your home (your body) with love.

In fact, it's very likely one of the most powerful steps you'll ever take.
So many of you have learned how to turn towards you Inner Child, love her & integrate her...
& now it's time to turn towards your body, heal her, integrate her... & love her. This piece is just as important, in your journey.

But you can't turn towards her or help her grow healthy & fit, through control, force, pressure, rigidness, strictness, or depletion.... those don't sound like happy or healthy words an Inner Child would like to be in... so, why would your body be any different? Modern fitness & nutrition is failing at massive rates...because they use the wrong energy.
Love, communication, healing, integration, alignment, meeting your needs, care, fun, freedom, expression... joy, pleasure... these are the way to heal the body... but you need to know how... How to ACTUALLY access that - (not just pretend you're accessing that by telling yourself you are...but actually doing the other ......& believe me I see so much of that in marketing these days - punishment sold as self love). You need the real deal.

The work I offer you is 100% different from what you will find anywhere in terms of coming home to yourself, to your body, your confidence, your health & your joy... & this is because we talk to your Highest Self, your Own Body's Wisdom & Pure Source the whole way through.
Healing the root...
Asking what your body needs - emotionally, physically, nutritionally...
no dogma... no strictness... no text books, fads or hacks...
Just love - love of your body... & your needs....
You're body is not presenting the way it is for no reason... it's asking for something ... only you can give it.
And what we'll do is ask, listen & integrate....

This is work you need a coach for, because shame will stop you, old patterns will pull you back, self talk on the inner or flashy socials will sway you... & you need a solid person to hold you & let you be the receiver.... & not have to be the receiver, teacher, coach, motivator, & all the roles....
With a coach / guide/ conduit like me.... you just get to show up, be loved & receive. And that's the care your body needs.

That's what's been missing this whole time.

Nervous system regulation is all the rage right now, & with good reason... so many people are over stressed, undernourished & moving full speed ahead...

And while there's seemingly lots that can help these days, so much of what you're seeing offered is just bio-hacks that help for the moment, but don't access the root or core source.
If you truly want to heal an issue... you have to look at what caused it in the first place...& why it's not getting better; a Band-Aid approach doesn't go very deep.
You need the whole story.

When symptoms show up, they're telling us we need to look deeper...
& true Holistic Medicine goes deeper than just removing the symptoms short term... it's about resolving for good & creating lasting healing. That's the responsible & most loving way to heal.

The work I do with you goes directly to the source of where the dysregulation or pain began & we heal it right at the source.
As well as incorporating lifestyle balance to support you along the journey.
We typically start with your psyche ~ Beliefs, Stories, Inner Child, Confidence, Worthiness, Emotions, Generational Trauma, Past Lives, Soul Path, Grief, Trauma...etc...
And then move into additional day to say support & health with supporting your body through breathing, nutrition, gut health, hydration, sleep & circadian rhythm, movement, posture, hormone balance, environmental stressors, social interactions, & all the layers of life that create you WHOLE BEING.

Systems that look at just one piece, don't support ALL of you, & at the end of the day, that actually creates more stress, because you're not fully supported or held... or you become dependent on them - & never actually build your own inner strength, health, empowerment. or sense of autonomy.
And with unhealed root issues, pain increases, suffering increases, & illness forms. Bio-hacks & band-aid approaches will never resolve an issue, or heal a whole human... because there's too many things missing...
but deep holistic healing will -- & that's why the work I do with you is so potent, & my clients leave with lasting results & empowerment.

I'm connecting today to chat a little further about the new offering at 11:11;
PERSONAL TRAINING WITH A SPIRITUAL TOUCH.

We live in an age where information is at our fingertips, & accessibility is at an all time high, yet more people than ever are struggling with their health, fitness & bodies.
It show us that it's not knowledge that we need... it's depth, it's deeper connection, it's care, & truly understanding the individual.
It's not about sets, reps, macros, more push, just do it, or elimination.... it's about PRESENCE, COMMUNICATION & BUILDING RELATIONSHIP with your own beautiful body. Befriending it, not controlling it, not forcing it, not restricting it, but LOVING IT.
Loving it for health. Finding safe place for it to open & explore itself.
..& while of course all this sounds beautiful & aligning...
let's talk about what that ACTUALLY MEANS...

The reason I first took my training in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) over 15 years ago, was because I could see that the fitness industry & nutrition industry alone were failing people. Again, it was the same story - more info - but less results... The reason being, people had deeper reasons for holding onto their body weight... deeper reasons for reaching for certain foods, or wanting that sugar lift or caffeine boost. People have hidden trauma in their bodies, & beliefs that they just can't get past (without help). It was never about not knowing those things weren't great for them.. it's that their bodies had DEEPER NEEDS that weren't being addressed.
With NLP I learned how to talk to the "Divine Intelligence of the Body Itself". And communicate with it about what those deeper needs are, so we can lovingly meet them in healthier ways, while healing the pains, beliefs & stories that are held in the body.

You see fitness & nutrition are the outer layer...
beautiful & helpful yes.... but they will never be the root.
And if the root never heals, the cycle of body disconnect & disappointment continues.

A body cannot be healthy if it's roots aren't healthy... you have to go to the source & begin the love & health journey there...That's what makes lasting results & joy...& that's what makes the journey different with me...
We talk to all areas of your body, access all the pain & trauma that is ready to be let go of, & we release it... through NLP, Hypnotherapy, Sway, Inner child Healing, Ascension, Reiki or any of the modalities that I'm trained in. We communicate with your body, mind, emotions, Soul & aspects of you that are ready to be loved & healed, & build a happy healthy home-base of a body for you to live in.

And we tap in with your body as well for which exercise to incorporate & when. Speaking directly to your Body's Divine Wisdom... no guessing - but deeply communicating. From there each day you arrive flows in it's own unique way. In a world full of AI & computer generated "knowledge"...
Organic & Divine become LUXURY -- when it simply IS the NATURAL state of the world.

When the powers that be get out of control & computers are used to bypass human intelligence as the norm... where does that leave you?

And does it make you question... how you want to choose things at this stage of your life...?

This is a moment in time where Divine Intelligence, rawness, realness, truth & purity become extremely valuable.

AI can generate a coaching plan for you in an instant (& let me tell you I have heard of far too many people taking therapy/coaching advice from AI - & if you think AI isn't made with an agenda - think again.)

AI can create quickly & cheaply ... art within seconds, answers that match your tone in an instant, that feel real... but like fast fashion, it was never meant to last, just meant to be accessible...feel good in the moment, but not address the truth or pass the test of time.
It's meant to pull you in, mirror you, act like your friend, but is empty & hollow. And at the end of the day no algorithm can ever match God's Divine Wisdom, True Source or Your Highest Self when it comes to healing or therapy.

AI gives you something that looks the part today, but has no true source, has no solid roots, has no actual depth, & it looses it's power the moment you put it to the test.

AI can never replace Your Highest Self or the power of working with a Shaman, Healer, Guide, Coach or therapist. For only The Divine can see the Whole Story. And the healer/shaman who is connected to the Divine gets to be the mirror for you to understand it, see it for yourself & make aligned action that is just for you - sourced by GOD.

You need the eyes of ALL the TRUTH on your side......for that is ALL of LIFE, & moves the needle in the right direction.
Soul & Spirit are a Sacred Gift, that can't be created by anything artificial.

Artificial is backwards energy... and sooner or later it will let you down... because it has no heart, no soul no spirit, no connection, it's empty - Soul-less.

Any fast fashion dress can hang side by side with a hand-made designer dress, & look similar....
the only difference is one of them is made for a one or two time wear, & is a knock off of the original source.... while the other to last a lifetime & IS the Original Source (the magic birthed to life).
Your coach or Healer are the same... choose wisely how & who you invest in.

When you are ready for the new luxury... which is actually PURE NATURE & ALIGNMENT in all it's glory, connect...
