It's World Reflexology Week! 👣

Reflexology is a holistic therapy most commonly associated with the feet. Reflexology maps identify specific points on the feet that correspond to internal organs and other structures throughout the body.

By applying targeted pressure to these reflex points, practitioners aim to stimulate the corresponding areas of the body, helping to improve circulation, reduce tension, and support the body's natural ability to restore balance.

While foot reflexology is the most widely recognized form, reflexology can also be practiced on the hands, ears, and face. Generally safe for people of all ages, reflexology can be a valuable addition to a comprehensive wellness plan.
