A comfortable socket fit shouldn't just last through the fitting appointment. It should support someone throughout their day.

New research on adjustable prosthetic sockets reinforces something we believe strongly at Vessl; managing changes in socket fit is just as important as achieving a good fit in the first place.

It's also why we developed Kinn, to make volume management a more natural part of walking, with less need for manual intervention.

This Thanksgiving, we’re grateful for the people who have helped shape Kinn. One of the most rewarding parts of building it has been learning directly from the people who use and fit prosthetic devices every day.

Over the past few years, we’ve spent countless hours in clinics, on calls, and in conversations with prosthetists and people with limb loss. Every piece of feedback, whether positive, critical, or somewhere in between, helped us move closer to a better solution.

Thank you to everyone who shared their time, experiences, and ideas with us throughout this journey. Your input has had a lasting impact on what Kinn is today. Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Vessl! 🙌🏻

Meet Pepper, Lee’s Schnoodle mix and a familiar face around Vessl. 🐾

He has ticklish feet, so those paws come with a strict no tickling policy!

He’s the kind of coworker who doesn’t say much but knows exactly when it’s time to take a break. He might not understand prosthetics, but he’s definitely part of what makes Vessl feel like home. 🙌

Next stop, Crystal River! 🌴

From October 7 to 9, Sydney will be representing Vessl at our first Orthotic & Prosthetic Centers, joining clinicians, technicians, and industry partners from across the OPC Prosthetic Centers network.

This year’s Florida Man theme brings a fun twist to an agenda filled with clinical education, product spotlights, team activities, and conversations about the future of prosthetic care. We’re looking forward to sharing Kinn®, hearing from clinicians about their experiences with socket fit and volume management, and meeting more of the OPC community.

This Sunday, Team Vessl laced up and ran for Terry! 🏃‍♀️

It was a wonderful morning spent moving together, sharing plenty of laughs, and supporting a cause that means so much to Canadians. We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to continuing this Vessl tradition next year. Thank you to the Terry Fox Foundation for continuing Terry’s legacy! 🙌
