Julia’s CoolPeel Results | Part 2!

We’re back with Julia’s day-by-day healing and some of her results after her first CoolPeel!

Even after just ONE session, Julia has already noticed a significant improvement in the appearance of her pores and overall skin texture!

She’ll be completing two more sessions, spaced 6 weeks apart, to continue improving her skin texture and mild acne scarring.

So, what does CoolPeel recovery actually look like?

Day 1: Expect redness, warmth, and some mild swelling, similar to a sunburn.

Days 2–3: Your skin may start to feel rough, dry, and sandpapery as the treated surface begins to flake and shed.

Days 4–7: Redness and dryness typically settle, and you’ll start noticing smoother, more even-looking skin.

Weeks 2–6: Collagen remodelling continues beneath the surface, helping gradually improve skin texture and the appearance of mild acne scars.

One of the biggest benefits of CoolPeel is that we can improve superficial skin concerns with significantly less downtime than more aggressive CO2 resurfacing treatments!

We’ll update you again once Julia completes her full series so you can see her final results!

Healing times and results vary depending on treatment settings and individual skin response.

We finally got her in for a coolpeel ❄️😎

Julia used to struggle with acne, which left her with some mild scarring, uneven texture, and more noticeable pores.

HOW IT WORKS: ☝🏻😗

CoolPeel uses a CO2 laser to create thousands of tiny, controlled areas of resurfacing in the skin. The laser vaporizes small portions of the outer skin layers, helping remove damaged tissue while stimulating collagen production.

What makes CoolPeel different is that it delivers energy in very short pulses, limiting how much heat spreads into the surrounding skin. This means less thermal damage and typically less downtime compared to more aggressive CO2 resurfacing treatments!

As Julia’s skin heals, those treated surface layers shed, revealing smoother, more even-looking skin. Over the following weeks and months, collagen remodelling can continue to improve the appearance of mild acne scars, texture, and visible pores.

Stay tuned for Part 2, where we’ll show you Julia’s day-by-day healing and results!

We were so honoured to be a vendor at this year’s Empowered Business Forum!

What an incredible day surrounded by so many inspiring women in business. We had the opportunity to connect with amazing women, hear their stories, learn from one another, and be reminded of just how powerful a supportive community can be.

A huge thank you to the organizers for bringing together such an incredible group of women and allowing us to be a small part of it.

We left feeling inspired, grateful, and already looking forward to next year!

Neuromodulators in the platysma have been used for years, but more often than not, people are way more comfortable treating the upper face and forget how powerful the lower face can be.

Think of your face like a tug-of-war.

You have muscles pulling upwards and muscles pulling downwards. When those downward-pulling muscles are constantly winning, they’re pulling everything with them.

By relaxing some of those muscles, we’re basically taking a few players off the downward-pulling team. This allows the muscles that elevate and pull upwards to work without fighting against as much downward force.

It’s not about freezing the lower face. It’s about changing the tug-of-war.

Our lips are 3-dimensional, not 2-dimensional, so we have to respect them as a 3-dimensional shape.

When we apply a gel component, it’s going to alter that shape. But that gel also has its own properties. It may want to sit flatter, be more rounded, hold its shape, soften or hydrate.

It’s incredibly important to understand how that can affect the mechanics of our lips when it comes to expression and the final result, but also understand the properties of the actual product we’re putting into the tissue and how it’s going to behave.

These are all things that an injector or professional needs to take into account.

As common as lip augmentation is, I feel like this is one of the most distastefully treated areas by practitioners. And honestly, it’s probably one of the most advanced and hardest areas to do really, really well.

First time ever coming in for cosmetic medicine, and she was really, really anxious.

A lot of anxiety just comes from not knowing. Not knowing what we’re doing, what to expect, what the risks are, or what the outcome could look like.

So we sit down, break everything apart, educate you, and make sure you actually understand what’s ahead. There’s never any obligation to do anything.

By the end, she felt comfortable enough to do her lips, and now she’s coming back for more treatments.

Your face says 30. Your neck and chest are exposing the birth year 💀

Add the neck + chest to your next appointment.

Good tox is treating the muscle.
Great tox is understanding the face around it.

Derek’s approach to tox is built around anatomy, movement, experience, and the small details that can completely change a result.

With something like the chin, it’s not enough to know where the mentalis is. You need to understand how it interacts with the lower lip, the smile, and the surrounding muscles.

Andrea has had chin tox before where her smile just felt slightly off afterward. The goal isn’t simply to weaken a muscle. It’s to treat it in a way that still respects how the entire face moves.
