Would you tape your mouth shut to sleep better?

Mouth taping is everywhere on social media right now, but it's not a one-size-fits-all fix. If your nose is clear and you're just breaking a mouth-breathing habit, it can help. If you have a deviated septum, chronic congestion, or undiagnosed sleep apnea, taping your mouth shut removes the one airway you were still relying on — and that's not a hack, that's a risk. Save this before you try it, and comment if you've tested mouth taping yourself.

The "Barbie nose" trend is still everywhere 👃

Is looksmaxxing actually safe? Nose exercises, "face yoga," mallets to the jaw, tape, — this trend is exploding on social media right, promising dramatic changes with zero medical backing behind any of it. Surgical or liquid — which nose job is actually right for you? 👃

Both have their place, but they're not interchangeable. Surgical rhinoplasty reshapes the bone and cartilage for permanent, structural change (and can fix breathing issues along the way). Liquid rhinoplasty uses filler to smooth and refine — no downtime, no anesthesia, but temporary.

The right choice comes down to your goals, your anatomy, and how long you want the results to last.
