‘Go Inwards to Grow’ EmPOWERment & Yoga Day Retreat ✨🍂✨

A 1 Day intensive event hosted at our Boutique Studio in Lorette West MB on Sunday November 15th @ 10-6pm

Day Itinerary :

Doors Open at 930am for Tea and Coffee as you get settled

10am Opening Ceremony & Welcome to the Mat. Including Group Unity Introduction and Grounding in Yourself Guided Mediation.

1030-1130am Restorative Yoga Practice with an intention of Release & Expel, closing with Guided Journalling for Cord Cutting. Enhanced with Sound & Aromatherapy.

12pm BonFire in Nature for Release Ritual outside to smudge and further submerge into the day.

1230-2pm Catered Group Meal on site - orders and any food restriction request will go out before the event date

2-3pm Energizing and a Heart Opening Yoga Flow - offering an intention to step into your Warrior Self with Courage & Love👑 Practice will be suitable for All Levels of comfort with a variety of variations for a safe & EmPOWERing practice for All.

3-430pm Self-Mastery and Desire Mapping Journalling - offering a unique guided exercise combining Life Coaching and Meditation. This session offers safe space to discover more of who you believe yourself to be, supporting you to recognize and detach from tendencies that no longer serve, so that you may align with your Highest Self, to help you Live more EmPOWERed. Finishing with silent mediation to help lovingly synchronize your thoughts and intentions as one.

430-6pm Deep Restorative Yoga as a deep Zen Yin Yoga practice including deep tissue stretch with passive gentle poses 🪷 Yoga blocks and a strap are suggested for this practice. Sound Bath for All and closing Mediation to end the day.

Includes : Full Creative Workshop Events for the day. Specialized Yoga Practice, Sound Therapy and EmPOWERment Coaching. Wellness Helper Gift Bag. Drinking Water and Warm Beverages all Day, as well as catered lunch and healthy snacks.

Finishing with 45min of Zen Recovery Yoga. Your traditional Yin style deep tissue and relaxing stretch paired with guided Life Coaching mediation. Elevated with sound and aroma therapy, including a chime bath in closing shavasana ✨

‘Go Inwards to Grow’ Day Retreat ✨SAVE THE DATE ✨L1L is honoured to offer our 1st ever Full Day Retreat inspired by EmPOWERment & Yoga Wellness 🧘

November 15, 2026 ~ Sunday 10-6pm
Hosted at Live One Life Coaching’s Boutique Studio in Lorette West MB

A variety of Yoga styles, wellness topics, guided Life coaching journalling, nature baths, and aromatherapy/sound therapy will surround our event as we commit to deep rooted work in connection to your Courages Warrior and Nurturing Goddess within. This intensive event is meant to inspire Inner Growth, helping lead to a sense of both Power and Peace within yourself that can be integrated into your Life.

This retreat is appropriate to ALL Levels, those new to a Yoga practice or those diving deeper into one. This event is for women at any age who are looking to submerge themselves into a weekend of Self Discovery, Guided Movement, Holistic Therapy’s, and Community Connection. Note: That we will be smudging with herbs and diffusing essential oils, so if scent sensitive this sadly may not be a great fit for you.
