Sitting here with my Saturday morning coffee, reflecting on our Grandmother Moon ceremony, more than most of you know, this resonates deep on my path, connecting over the last couple of years with my lost ancestral lineage, gifted through my GGGrandmother keeps coming into light. It was magical, from the journey through the woods to the shore where the near full moon rose in front of us, and the tides rose to meet us softly.
Creating our Medicine wheel, 2 of them lol!!! First one the tide took back!!! Moon water made with intention, a ceremonial bonfire, beautiful souls, ancestral connections, stories and learning from one of the most wise, earth connected souls that I have had the 🙏 to connect with, supportive and strong women gathering together is a power in its own, with compassion & energy that I am forever grateful for, along with an abundance of gratitude that is birthed from that natural healing process while embracing nature, the harmonizing sounds of the drums, the seal that was so intrigued while watching our ceremony from the still waters. The waters, that rose to meet us and for most of our ceremony-not a ripple was seen except for when the seal went fishing in the flat calm.

When times/tides feel heavy, embrace ✨️ nature ✨️ pour your woes with good intentions to the largest network on the planet, and ask for guidance/support.. make time for yourself to go for a little walk, sit by a tree, smell some moss, you may just be surprised who's listening!!!

What a sweet morning fir a Sylvotherapy walk! I had with these two nice women, one from Louisiana and the other from New York in to visit this morning.
I feel so blessed 🙏 that they were able to spend the morning with me and experience a diverse Cape Breton forest in a unique way!!

Wow, I can't thank you all enough for venturing out in the rain for our mushroom walk today!!!
I hope this inspired and spiked some new interests. Spore print away my friends!!!
Slim mold found today, possibly called dog vomit- how fitting a name for this specimen
