Getting the garden ready for fall is a common reason for back pain around this time of the year.

Don't rely on Advil to numb your back pain for a few hours. Resolve the issue and live pain free!

Also hope people from outside of Nova Scotia Google the name and realize Pugwash is a real place.

When your muscles feel funny they are trying to tell you something.

(not a dad joke based on Nova Scotia.)

but more likely that they need some attention.

The effects of muscle tension and stress are known to poorly affect people's ability to sleep,

so it's no wonder so many of my patients leave yawning and talking about wanting to have a nap in the middle of the day after their treatment.

Huge shout out and thank you to .grl.ash for helping me film this!

TMJD is the second most common thing I see in practice next to neck pain.

Usually caused from clenching, and most people don't even realize it. Whether they are stressed through out the day or clenching their jaw while they sleep.

TMJD is a major cause of jaw pain obviously, but it can also cause headaches, migraines, and even some forms of tinnitus.

So if you or someone you know struggles with jaw pain book an appointment with Rhythmic Massage and restore your rhythm.

Engines need oil, muscles need movement, Massage therapists need acting lessons.

These are things I hope we can all understand.

Massage therapy can help keep your body functioning or be there to help fix it when it needs some work.

If you're feeling pain, increased levels of stress or you notice a limitation in your range of motion don't wait for it to get worse simply book yourself in!

Fabio, didn't want his mom to leave the house so he came for the massage appointment.

He was a very good boy and was very helpful with treatment.

BUT

Just because you are seeing this post does not mean you can bring your pets to the clinic.

I'm sorry but we just need to be respectful of the space while still sharing a nice moment
