Our seaside community sauna is open from 12-9pm on Fridays!
Come alone or with friends. Hour long sessions are $22 per person and can be booked through our website. Sweat out the week and let the ocean wash it away. We keep it simple. Bring your own towel, a bottle of water and a bathing suit. The most important rule? BE QUICK WITH THE DOOR!! Don't worry though, a regular will remind you if you are not. Ha! IYKYK

HOURS UPDATE!!!!
Starting October 2nd will be adding Friday back to the menu. Not JUST Friday nights either. For all you four day work week or work from home folks, we are starting Friday's at noon!
Kids are in school, no need for a sitter = Friday midday sauna sessions. YES.
Saturday is being extended to begin at noon as well.
The ocean is still lovely and the air is getting cool. It's sauna season y'all!
Book with friends or come solo. Dip in the ocean or sit in the cool air between rounds. You decide. We are particularly casual at The Sweaty Panda Sauna. Extra points for arriving in a bathrobe.
