This wisdom inspired me to contemplate Thanksgiving.
I can celebrate this day, with Family, Friends, Feasting & Love. I can celebrate ALL the Blessings of this amazing life I am able to live, here on Earth.
🤲🏽🦅💖🦅🤲🏽
And I can also acknowledge that this day marked hard times, and deep wounds for my Ancestors.
🤲🏽🦅💔🦅🤲🏽
Restoring the balance in life, and living in balance. 🙏🏽

Not every inner conflict needs a winner.🌿

Sometimes the deeper work is learning to sit with two truths without forcing one away. Listen to both. There may be wisdom in the space between them, quietly showing you where balance wants to return.

Sometimes balance begins with acknowledging what is present and listening carefully before deciding what needs tending.

🌿For reflection: What two truths are you learning to hold at the same time?

THIS is one reason why I facilitate Womens' Healing Circles. 🤲🏽💖🤲🏽
Creating a Space where we aren't expected to absorb anything. And in fact, we practice laying it all down.
Or as much as we are able to!

We change every time the earth turns. When we step onto the familiar paths of a new month, our nature wisdom deepens because we aren't the same travelers we were a year ago.

Give yourself permission for a little intentional slowing down today. Step away from the external noise, embrace a soft mindfulness in nature, and listen closely to what is asking to be gathered into your quiet core.

🍃 Shamanic Journey Invitation:
“What becomes available to me when I stop moving long enough to listen?” This journey invites you to enter a quiet place with your helping spirits and simply pause there. Notice what returns to your awareness when nothing is asking you to hurry toward the next thing.

Starting your day with a clear mindfulness practice changes how you handle everything else. 🌅✨

Before checking your notifications or answering demands, anchor your inner peace, connect with your own presence, and meet yourself in the quiet before stepping fully into the day.
