You are what you give! Don’t send energy you don’t want to receive back! If your going to do things out of ill feelings you will receive that back some way or another! Focus on love and being an example of kindness around you. Allow others to learn from your example so that maybe they can change their outlook and mindset on their own life! Be the light not the darkness in someone’s day! Show love and love will come back to you!

Yet, in the moment that a glimmer of My Light returns to your mind and heart, are you in full restored.
