Where focus goes, energy flows. ✨💯
What are you focusing on in this moment? Are you focused on what you have or what’s missing? Are you focusing on what you’re grateful for or how far you still have to go? Are you focused on the past or the future?!
We’re constantly bombarded with all kinds of stimuli, distractions, demands etc from the outside World... and if you’re not actively guarding your mind and what you’re choosing to focus on, it’s easy to lose your focus on external factors that are outside your control.
The solution: Focus on what you can control. Focus on growth. Focus on what you’re grateful for. Focus on what you can do today to make it better tomorrow. That's where energy flows from - from your effort and not just a force of nature. From keeping your promises to yourself and keeping your focus on your divine purpose and your growth.
