Are you ready for our Winter Wellness Walk Challenge!🚶‍♀️🚶🏽‍♀️🚶‍♂️🚶🏽‍♂️

This is a New Year and we already have tons of expectations. With all of these expectations comes along feelings of overwhelm because we may place too much pressure on ourselves. We want to achieve great success in many areas in a short span of time.

The goal in creating this challenge is to inspire you to keep your own goals in mind without being too hard on yourself.

If it works better for you to take small daily steps to achieve greater success then go ahead! Just believe in yourself like we believe in you. We know that you will do anything you can possibly do to create your own wellness. We're here to help.

This Winter Holiday is just about over and many of us are going back to work or back to school routines this coming week. This may leave less time to focus on our health but time can be found just as easy as it can be made. We can easily find at least 15 minutes a day to fit in a brisk walk and make it work.

🚶‍♀️Starting this weekend or you may start today on this 1st day of 2021 for the month of January, you are focusing on a walking plan that suits your schedule and we will share some helpful tips to get you walking with a purpose in mind!

🚶🏽‍♀️You are encouraged to walk daily to really get the most out of this exercise.
