Attention Patients of Dr. Gushe:

To continue receiving care with Dr John Del Houle since Dr Gushe has retired from clinic, we ask that you please visit the office to complete the required enrollment paperwork as soon as possible. If you fail to complete the paper work within 6 months there is a chance you will no longer have a family physician. This is very important.

If you have already completed the required paperwork, thank you for your prompt attention and no further action is required.

If you have any questions, please contact our office, 705-744-6000 and we are happy to help with this transition.

In case you didn’t know we will be starting Stand Up, an exercise program for older adults. The new session will start October 6th at 10:45- 11:45 at the Mattawa Arena. This will be a 12 week program on Tuesday’s and Friday’s. If you are interested please call Kayla at 705-744-5511 ext 4005.
