We have a special guest this week! The Physiotherapist who works in our building ‘Kirsten Large’ will be doing some easy yoga moves before we start the meditation. This is an hour long gathering with yoga and meditation. If your body and mind are craving some peace, come on over - all are welcome and no experience necessary. Registration is not required, pay what you want.
