With the back-to-school season in full swing, it’s the perfect time to prioritize some self-care. Between the stress of new schedules, long hours studying, and the physical strain of carrying heavy bags, your body deserves a little extra attention.

Massage therapy is a fantastic way to reset—it helps melt away tension, improves your posture, and gives you a much-needed mental break to help you stay focused and refreshed.

I have a few openings left for the rest of August and early September if you're ready to treat yourself:

August
* 28th: 2:30 PM
* 28th: 3:30 PM
* 29th: 3:30 PM

September
* 8th: 3:15 PM
* 13th: 11:30 AM

Send me a message to claim one of these spots!
