Walking my horses out to their pasture every morning has become my favourite part of the day. ❤️

The sound of the leaves rustling as we make our way along the trail, the quiet of the morning, and passing by my “Soul Nest,” where I welcome and work with clients—it all feels like a little reminder to slow down and appreciate where I am.

There is something incredibly grounding about starting my day this way. Before the emails, the work, the responsibilities and the busyness of life… there is this.

Nature. Horses. Peace. Connection.

And this is what sets my **Soul on Fire** each and every day. 🔥🐴🌿

Sometimes, the things that fill our soul aren’t the big moments.

This is my office view today.

It’s been a crazy summer of travel, horse shows and moving my daughter to Ontario. Today, I’m trying to focus on where I want to take my business, website design and messaging and mostly how I want to support clients while looking after these 4 legged critters.

They are so content munching away on the green grass. This sound is like calming music and a form of meditation. Soul on Fire has created a healthy haven so it’s time to expand this feeling. Back to school I go (and back to work).

I’m a big believer in doing what fills your Soul (hence Soul on Fire) so today I’m in Massachusetts following my dreams.

It’s taken me a while to not feel guilty about taking care of my own square footage and do what’s right for me personally (professionally was the easy part). Better late than never!

So what about you? What sets your Soul on Fire and are you taking the necessary steps to achieve that? It may mean you need to take risks but we only live once right?

2026 has been about paving new territory, growth, and embracing time with family while following my heart passions. And what a year it has been!

Needless to say this also impacts Soul on Fire so the growth is personal and professional.

Soul on Fire will be offering a broader “menu” of wellness services so that means this ole gal has returned to school to obtain some new learnings. Consequently, health benefit receipts will be available in August 2026. Stay tuned and I will share more as the pricing and services become a reality.
