I'm truly blessed to be able to show my son this side of life. Vilomah 2026 was a blessing and I'm graciously excited to see how it grows! 💓

First conference — check!

From classes to workshops to retreats, and now the Vilomah Conference 2026. Today I had the honour of speaking to bereaved parents about Reiki, nervous system healing, and returning to balance after loss.

So many wonderful souls gathered and connectes. 🫶

My heart is so full. This is just the beginning. 🌿💫

It's been a hot minute since I posted and I want to honour my slow return by sharing this incredible conference that I'm taking part in next Saturday, in Ajax, Ontario.

My beautiful friend Erica Edwards and Melanie Owen-Heron co-created Grief Normalization Education a space for bereaved parents and those who support them can, to gather and connect, learn, grow, heal, and so much more!

This powerful initiative has already impacted so many, and to now have a conference is truly an accomplishment!

My hunny bunny!!!

I have some news that genuinely moved me when I received it. 🤍

I've been invited to facilitate a workshop at the Vilomah Conference 2026, a gathering created with such intention for bereaved parents and those who support them. 🤗

Vilomah. A Sanskrit word meaning "against the natural order." A name for parents who have outlived their child. I sat with that for a long time when I learned it.

My workshop is called "Returning to Balance: Reiki, Nervous System Regulation & Healing After Loss" and it will be a gentle, body-centred experience rooted in what I believe most deeply: that grief doesn't just live in the mind. It lives in the chest, the belly, the breath. And the body deserves tenderness too. 🫂

This is one of those invitations that reminds me exactly why I do this work. ✨️

Join us on Saturday, October 24th at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ajax, Ontario. A full day of honest conversations, compassionate support, and community for bereaved parents and those who walk beside them. 💫
