Full Moon in Scorpio, square Pluto. A supremely potent lunation is upon us and from every angle, the current transit field isn't messing around. Through the lens of Human Design, this lunation is all about THE STRUGGLE FOR PURPOSE, about LIFE HAVING MEANING and the intuitive risks one might take for the struggles to have been worthwhile in the end. Bonds, relationships, partnerships of all kinds may be in sharp focus, and if you feel like it's the gamble of your life right now in that arena, caught between everything you stand to lose and everything you stand to gain by taking an intuitive risk towards something healthier, freaky and anarchistic as that may be, know that you're not alone. The truth is that there's a price to pay for everything, and at the moment, life can be forcing us to examine exactly what and whom is worth our allegiance. For many of us, this can be a very delicate time - a time of loss, of grief, of change, of transition, of transformation. A time where things can seem to be thrust upon us in the most inconvenient and unexpected ways. The truth is that navigating challenge can be scary, messy, exhausting, and wholly unglamorous. For me right now, a thread of a lifetime is unwinding to the depths of its core. A thread that I've been able to see and to touch in certain places over the years, but there were parts that remained intangible, obscured from my conscious awareness until just recently. The last six months have admittedly been some of the most confronting months of my life, full of bizarre events that seemed to make no sense, but I recognize that there's a method to the madness and that daunting as things seem, I'm being offered an opportunity to face and to heal wounds I've been carrying since I was a child, to mature and to embrace who I really am, beyond that wounding, on a whole new level. One of my greatest gifts in this incarnation is to help others repattern the dysfunctional behaviors that create resistance in their life, but that gift comes with the responsibility of uncovering and repatterning my own. The growth and learning that has been made possible through the medium of my relationships continues to humble and astound me, and while I don't know what life will look like when this particular chapter is said and done, here's to the wisdom potential of courage and curiosity in the face of so much uncertainty. Sending love and strength to those of you who may also be going through "big scary stuff" at this time. Fortunately or unfortunately, the only way out is through ✨

The first quarter of 2024 has been truly NEXT LEVEL, and I can only imagine what has yet to unfold in this limbo between two powerful eclipses with the transiting Sun about to collide with the North Node in the gate of Shock amid the empowering pulse of initiation over the next several weeks. For some of us, this could be where the rubber meets the road. It could mean facing the fire in some of the most utterly uncomfortable ways. With everything going on cosmically, the tides of our lives may be wholly unpredictable, taking us in new and unexpected directions. As much as the mind might resist change, growth is cyclical and the body has its own trajectory. The question is: will we fight the gravitational pull, or will we lean into it, trusting that we're being propelled towards the places and the people with whom we can bloom, as ourselves, at this current stage of our life? 🌕🪷☀️

LUCK BY DESIGN 🍀 Did you know that by design, each and every one of us has a built-in personal law and protection - something that brings us great good fortune when we unlock its magic through alignment?

On a conscious level, my own personal law and protection is about Serendipity - being at the right place, at the right time, with the right people. Linked to the Spring and Fall Equinox, it happens to be one of the Love Gates, representing Love of the Body. Along the course of my studies in Human Design, whenever my teacher referred to this Gate she would say "this is about treating your body like a temple, not a toilet". Admittedly, I spent many years of my life treating my body like a toilet or at times simply neglecting how essential it is for me to prioritize nourishing my body and treating it with reverence. Now in the 7th year of my deconditioning process, the signs to show me I've gotten off track are beyond clear, and without fail, whenever I realign and get back to honoring my law, the bounty of abundance and prosperity is REAL... HAPPY ST.PATTY'S DAY 🙏🏻🍀🥰

One of the most important things I've learned in life is that self-care is a spectrum, and that our needs for nourishment are not static. When our approach is overly rigid, when self-care becomes a full-time job or obligation and we wind up overscheduled or burnt out as a result, it can distort the entire concept of actually caring for oneself. Especially in a world where we're constantly bombarded with pressures that influence the way we eat, the way we move, the way we live, it can be easy to adopt a way that may not actually be aligned for us, trendy or popular as it may be among the collective. What works for you may not work for everyone, and what works for everyone may not work for you. There is no one size fits all, and your ability to recognize the contrast between resistance and ease holds the key 🔑

On my own journey, where self-care has tended towards the extremes of "beast mode" or inexistent, I'm starting to embrace that when I honor my tides and find that sweet spot between gentle & fierce, alchemy is inevitable 🪄🔥🔥

On this Valentine's Day, whether in relationship or not, may you dial into the ease of your own unique, aligned spectrum of self-care and LOVE YOURSELF 🙏🏻💞

Today's Full Moon in Leo at 12:54pm Eastern (17:54 UTC) occurs in the Gate of Influence and speaks to the EXTERNAL POSITIVE RECOGNITION OF ONE'S CAPACITY TO LEAD, with the possibility of understanding that ultimately, the success of one's influence is based on how it is perceived. No matter what we do, there will always be those who love us and those who hate us, those who approve of us and those who don't, those who ignite and invite the authority behind our words, and those with whom those very same words fall flat, powerless. Catalytic questions to ask ourselves right now might be: where am I too invested in what other people think about the way I show up in the world? Where do I expect universal approval and take it personally when people don't pick up what I'm putting out? Does an oversensitivity to criticism make me shrink back or step down from the opportunity to shine in ways that might be a healthy win-win with the right others? Does the need to be liked get under my skin and corrupt the way I express my organic influence? Do I censor what I say to make others more comfortable with who I am? Is the magnanimity I exude authentic or is it contrived?⚡

There is powerful cosmic weather affecting us all at this time, perhaps experienced as crushing for some and liberating for others. In the movie of your own life, do you notice what's being stripped away to bring you into the perfected form of your truest, most authentic self? Are you able to navigate tricky territory and stormy seas with awareness, to consider what transformation might be in the process of being facilitated FOR YOU rather than to get swept up in the drama of what seems to be happening TO YOU? Smack between a potent shift of the nodal axis last Monday (Jan 8th) and the start of the new solar cycle next Monday (Jan 22nd), this is bound to be a PIVOTAL WEEK ⚡So much going on in the transit field to mutate and empower our individual gateways of old and new - limitation, crisis, splitting apart can all be themes, possibly in a way that is experienced as sudden and shocking - so if you find yourself walking between worlds or at a crossroads as certain chapters close out and others begin, know that you're not alone. Mutation is afoot for us all and it's a wild card, operating in unpredictable pulses! More than ever, the week ahead will ask us to be our own personal Houdini in the way of transcending limitation by embracing wherever it's showing up, dialing into deeper alignment with who we are and trusting in the magic of our trajectory ❤✨

While mental pressure and physical pressure in life are a given, our unique imprinting reveals that the way those pressures affect us can be vastly different. Have you ever looked at your Human Design bodygraph? Is that upward-facing triangle at the top and the square at the bottom not colored in? If so, that means like me, you're living in a "Pressure Sandwich", constantly taking in and amplifying both mental and physical pressure from the world around you, and subject to making decisions based on what that pressure does to your mind, keeping you on a never-ending treadmill that has nothing to do with YOU. The most precious yet shattering gift of 2023 has been the awareness that what has made me most unwell in life - physically, mentally, emotionally - are the ways in which I've contorted myself, through conformity and passivity, to fit into boxes I'm not meant to fit into. Whether driven by fear, by guilt, by shame, hard-won experience has taught me that the body knows when we abandon and reject ourselves in order to be met with approval by someone else. Ignorance, denial, avoidance can be bliss until they’re not. While we can't always snap our fingers and untangle ourselves from a disempowering larger framework, our point of power lies in the way we manage our individual energy, moment by moment. Our point of power lies in the cumulative effect of aligned action in the present moment, over time. As we close out this holiday season, however you may be overdue to break out and break free, however unconventional, however daunting, however uncomfortable it may be for others or challenging to the status quo, in the coming year, may you find your wings through aligned action and fly towards a life where you can live wholly as your beautiful self, unboxed ❤

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT BELOW! 👇🏻 (français ci-dessous)

As some of you know, the Montreal office I worked from for 12 years was sold in 2021 and I was lucky enough to find another great location just a few doors down. Sadly, I have been informed that this building too, where I have greeted many of you since losing the other office, has been sold and that I’m being “renovicted” once again.

Having moved about an hour north of the city this past spring, and with a much larger portion of my practice now being online, both for healing sessions as well as Human Design readings and coaching, I’ve made the decision to let go of having a new Montreal location for the time being. I’ll still be in Kirkland occasionally on Sundays but will no longer be driving into the city.

As it stands, unless there’s a major snow storm that prevents me from getting to Montreal, I plan to see clients every Saturday until my lease is up on December 30th.

Comme certain(e)s d'entre vous le savent, le bureau de Montréal où j'ai travaillé pendant 12 ans a été vendu en 2021 et j'ai eu la chance de trouver un autre emplacement idéal à quelques portes de là. Malheureusement, j'ai été informée que cet immeuble, où j'ai accueilli beaucoup d'entre vous depuis que j'ai perdu l'autre bureau, a également été vendu et que je vais être évincée une fois de plus.

Ayant déménagé à environ une heure au nord de la ville au printemps dernier, et une grande partie de ma pratique étant maintenant en ligne, tant pour les séances de guérison que pour les lectures et le coaching en Design Humain, j'ai pris la décision d'abandonner l'idée d'avoir un nouvel emplacement à Montréal pour le moment. Je serai encore à Kirkland à l'occasion le dimanche, mais je ne me rendrai plus en voiture dans la ville.

À moins d'une tempête de neige majeure qui m'empêcherait de me rendre à Montréal, je prévois recevoir des clients tous les samedis jusqu'à la fin de mon bail, le 30 décembre.

As deeply uncomfortable as it can be to be human right now, as much as we may be feeling squeezed, limited, desperate at times to break out of whatever stale and misaligned boxes we find ourselves in... we are on the brink of an exceptional era that will favor individuality and dismantle the structures and agreements that can no longer be upheld, both personally and collectively. The time is now to get real about who we are and to stop going through the motions of living out the conditioned life of who we are not. Cliché as it is: YOU ARE THE ONE YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ✨

November 2023 has been one of the most bittersweet months of my life, starting with a shocking medical intervention as a result of chronically suppressed emotions and culminating in the Mexican jungle among an epic constellation of beautiful humans. Immense gratitude to Abundant for the invitation to be a core presenter at your 10th anniversary Transmission event, to all those in attendance for your enthusiastic embrace, to the lush and gorgeous Kaaba Luum for the perfect container and to Sami Kunz Photography for capturing magical moments for us all. May each of you harness the power of your unique, differentiated leadership and flourish in the ways you were BORN TO STAND OUT! So much intensity in the world right now and it's only going to ramp up as we make our way towards the major global cycle shift in 2027. With the relentless fearful news, constant wars and disasters, and never-ending bombardment of advertising - the endless streams of auditory and visual information clamoring for our attention, for our physical, mental, emotional investment every single second of every single hour of every single day...

The newsflash of all newsflashes is that our CONSCIOUSNESS is our greatest resource and commodity, and it is in high demand from all sides. In spite of whatever it is that we cannot control in the world around us, the question is… will we continue to allow our consciousness to be hijacked and siphoned, or will we nurture it as the cornerstone of our self-care and very survival?

The time is NOW to gather the tools we need to align to who we are and to what it is we can rely upon, personally and individually, to make trusted decisions amid the increasing chaos and as things around us continue to break down.

There’s something to be said for being mentored by someone who deeply recognizes your uniqueness. Something to be said for having an ally who sees so much potential in you that they take you under their wing and nurture that potential until you can confidently fly on your own. I don’t know how I got so lucky to study with Laveena Archers all the way from LYD to PTL4, but what I do know, is that she took this diamond in the rough and helped her shine in ways she never thought she could... after almost six years of personal experimentation and almost four years of official education, I passed my final exam with the International Human Design School and am now a Certified Analyst!

THANK YOU, LAVEENA and to the colleagues around the world who have been an unforgettable part of my journey. Special shoutout to my Human Design BFF Naraya Fox who has been by my side throughout and who just certified too ~* nothing sweeter than celebrating this milestone together… we did it! 🥰
