We brought a little Blu calm to co-working girls wellness networking event, with chair massages to help busy minds unwind and tense shoulders drop. 💙

Coworking Girls brings women who work from home together to break the isolation, build community and connect with other powerful women. ✨

Hosted at Eli Health headquarters, the evening paired their cortisol hormone testing with our focus on relaxation and nervous system regulation, a thoughtful mix of understanding your body and taking a moment to care for it.

Blu started with one massage table and a belief that being cared for could change someone’s day.

Over time, I realized how many of us wait until we’re completely exhausted to let someone take care of us. Myself included.

When I started Blu, I kept coming back to one question: what if calm became our baseline, instead of something we only reached when we were completely exhausted?

That’s the intention behind Blu. A space to slow down, notice how you feel, and reconnect with your body.

To me, holistic means considering the whole person: what you’re carrying physically, how you’re feeling, and what you need that day. It shapes how we listen, how we personalize your massage, and every detail around you, from the Blu light to the pace of your experience.

Blu® Activated grew from that philosophy. My hope is that the calm you find with us stays with you beyond the massage and becomes a feeling you make room for more often.
