MASSOTHERAPEUTE AGRÉÉ ● REIKI● SOINS AYURVÉDIC●INSTRUCTEUR DE YOGA Hi, my name is Claudia
I am the creator of Cosmic Healing House.

This space was created with the intention to heal and help others. I wanted to create a space that felt safe for people to express their state of well-being, and know that there’s always room for healing. I am certified in Massage Therapy, Ayurvedic Therapy, Reiki, and more. Throughout the years of my practice, I have studied different healing modalities. It is through these distinct approaches that I deepened my knowledge on the connections between the body, mind and soul. Every session offers a unique experience that is specific to the individual’s well-being. I am here to listen and guide.

I always reference the sea in my practice, because it is one of the strongest most powerful medicines.
And theres a reason for my affinity to the sea
And thats thanks to my father
In honour of my fathers birthday today, i wanted to share a little poem i wrote🩵

san archangelo Michele🪽🗡️⚖️
Today, on september 29th we honour and celebrate the archangel that slayed and brought the devil back to hell🔥
He reminds us that things are worth defending and fighting for
And justice will always be served…
One way or another
…Archangel michael and karma🤝

When you feel evil is near, or bad luck around you
You can pray to archangel michael for protection🪽

And let me tell you this prayer is powerful and works instantly (swipe to see the prayer)

For extra protection i like to carry with me an archangel michael charm around my neck

And if i really want to call him forward, i can use a blue candle during my prayer 🕯️ 🩵💙

It is often the prayer i recite after evil eye removals, or when i want to bless families, and homes.🏠
444 is his angel number
Hes known to carry with him a scale for balance and justice, and a sword to defend and protect as the leader of the heavenly army.

Interesting enough, his day is during libra season. The symbol for libra is justice, holding a sword and a scale.

My studies in Ayurveda
Had to have been one of the most life changing and eye-opening for me

It was here where i learnt how important it is to study humans in relation to nature

after all we do come from there🌱

This is where i began to integrate herbs into my practice
Infusing them with oils to make body butter
and making my very special herbal teas

Thankful for this knowledge and grateful to be sharing it with others🤲

In honour of Leonardo Da Vincis birthday…

Da vinci is one of my greatest inspirations because of how dedicated he was to his practice as an artist and an inventor.

His studying had no limits. He would study anatomy on dead bodies which was extremely controversial at the time.
his studies contributed to a lot of medical knowledge we know today.
Something i found interesting was how he would draw bodies based on his understanding of the body and not from having a muse.

As a visual artist myself, i found this concept super fascinating.

I felt inspired by this and decided to deepen my own knowledge by registering for a course at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
It was truly an interesting course. I was a bit scared at first because of the fact there was a human body infront of me, but once i moved passed it
WOW what an experience. I got to see muscles, fascia, nerves and so much more.

It definitely brought a deeper understanding of the body.
Im grateful for this exoerience
And also grateful that my dad drove me 3 hours for this course🥰
