✨ What a year! ✨ My first full year in Napanee has been truly special.

2119 treatments, 190 new patients, and 66 hours of learning and growing.

But these numbers aren’t just stats. They’re proof of the trust you’ve placed in me, letting me be part of your health journey and your story. 💛

Thank you, for welcoming me, sharing your lives, and allowing me to do what I love every single day. Here’s to more movement, more balance, and more community in 2026! 🌿

Prevention appointments: calm, effective, and productive. 😌
Crisis appointments: you apologizing for ignoring your body for six months and me trying to unravel a human pretzel. 🥨

The body speaks and my job is to listen.🙉

As an osteopathic manual therapist, I don’t treat symptoms—I listen to what they’re trying to say.

Pain, tension, or dysfunction are just signals. My work is to find the root and help the body restore balance from within.

Gentle Hands for Little Bodies
Osteopathic treatment for babies is all about gentle, non-invasive care that supports healthy development from the very start.

Through subtle touch, we release tension, improve movement, and support their nervous system—naturally.

Because even the tiniest humans deserve balance.
