Folks… Today’s event at the Napanee museum was an absolute joy to facilitate 💕 Thank you to those who joined!

I was sent an email after the event from an attendee that made my soul sing. Thank you! 💕 I wasn’t sure how my somatic approach to sound would be received, and I am so glad I listened to that calling and we did it!

I think I may have met a few kindred spirits 🧚🏻‍♀️
