I am forever grateful and changed by being part of a Rite of Passage for women 🐦‍🔥❤️‍🔥🌹🕊️

I had the great honour to be a co-facilitator for Power & Grace Women Rite of Passage Retreat held at the enchanted Sunshine Villa tended by the powerful Tottenham Tribe Womens Gatherings in the countryside of Tottenham.

It’s been a devotional labour of love to bring this experience into its birth with Lorree Appleby and Tammy - Warrior Of Nature through the grassroots movement that is Power & Grace Sisterhood.

I am so humbled, so honoured, so grateful to be part of the remembrance of Rites of Passage, of Sacred Sisterhood, of Unity with the masculine and feminine.

My deepest thank you’s to the women who remembering alongside us, together we are woven forever in a circle of love and sisterhood.

I am still deep in the integration and so over joyed that this powerful aspect of humanity is being remembered and rebirthed all over the planet.

We are meant to be witnessed, held, honoured and celebrated on this human journey. Imagine what our world would look like if we each received this throughout our lifetime? What if you start this journey for the generations to come?

I am ready to build this world…sisters we welcome you to join us in weaving this in Power & Grace Women

Men we desire to weave with you too and that is why our women’s movement is connected to the men’s movement and in brotherhood with Bold and centered

It’s time to start sharing the gifts I have been blessed with…how about you?

What new parts of yourself are waiting to be seen and expressed? What parts do you give voice to and what parts do you silence?

I’m so ready for this Sonic Alchemy Journey and to go deep with the beautiful people who feel the call to this space of transformation and connection!

I am ready to share more of my gifts with the world and support others in expressing and sharing theirs. It is enough to simple be ourselves yet for me and I know many others there are layers to connecting and leading from this deeper place of truth and authenticity.

We all have unique childhoods that create layers of performance, armouring and other survival adaptations that helped us make it through that time. As adults it is our responsibility and blessing to take an honest accountable acknowledgment of what has happened, what is happening and know that we have the power to shift, to heal and to transform into our truest most loving, powerful and authentic self!

What if listening was a gateway into deeper presence, connection and intimacy with life?

This listening practice is so simple yet so profound if we allow our sense of hearing to be guided by our awareness deeper into the moment. Keep focusing on the arising and dissolving of sound and see what shifts within you.

Let the sounds around and within you support your opening to present moment and all the life surrounding you.

Notice what changes, what opens, what closes, what sensations arise like waves on the beach?

There is so much depth to be found in listening…what do you hear when you pause and take it all in?

What lives under your tongue?

What words have not made it out of your mouth?
What have you gulped down, silenced or suppressed that is still waiting for a moment to be expressed, witnessed or understood?

I’ve been exploring these questions through reflection and vocalization and it’s been profound. Allowing myself to express what previously I did not is creating so much space and emotionality to be revealed.

This Tuesday we will be exploring this question at the Sonic Alchemy Experience. There will be space for you to listen, to feel and to express. Through the power of the voice and the group we will open opportunities to be witnessed and honoured for the authentic expressions that are desiring to be shared through us.

No experience necessary, come as you are, with the voice that has always been with you.

What is waiting to be expressed and witnessed?

Our voice is one of our most intimate forms of expression. Yet many of us have learned, consciously or unconsciously, to soften it, second guess it, shape it for others or hold parts of it back.

This month’s Sonic Alchemy Experience is an invitation to explore something different.

✨ The Power of Voice: Discovering Coherence Through Sound ✨

Together we’ll explore our voices through sound, movement, nervous system awareness and deep listening, gradually moving from our individual experience into the resonance created when we sound together.

Group coherence describes a state of greater synchrony and connection that can emerge between people through shared attention, rhythm, movement and sound.

Research into group singing and interpersonal synchrony offers a fascinating window into this experience, showing that shared music making can support social bonding and that aspects of breathing, movement and physiology can become synchronized between people.

But Sonic Alchemy isn’t simply about understanding this intellectually.

We’re going to experience it.

No singing experience is needed and there is nothing to perform or perfect.

What has your listening shaped?

There is so much depth to the art of listening…it shapes our nervous system, it sculpts our perception, it resonates into the depths of our bones…

How we listen shapes our relationships, our ecology, our reality…

I am so curious about listening…I feel this is an art form that will transform our world from the inside out and from the outside in…

What is the “diet” of your ears? How are you being shaped by the sounds around and within you? What role is your listening playing in all of it?

I have more questions than answers but love to ask and then…listen…for the mysterious ways that the answers seem to come…

Anyone else ever feel uncomfortable when they market themselves and/or shares their gifts? Or their throat closes up and their brain checks out when the camera is on? Or when it comes time to share something important and vulnerable you gulp it down and smile instead?

All of these relate to our nervous system, our sense of safety and ability to express ourselves. I am here to share my journey and invite those that feel the call to go on one together. It will be challenging, it will be uncomfortable and yet it will have the potential to forever shift our capacity to be ourselves, share our gifts and express what is true.

As the guide of this journey I take an exhale to tell you that I am still navigating the depths of how to retune my nervous system from surviving to thriving. It takes time, care, knowledge and repeated experience to make lasting changes. What I can guarantee you is that I am deeply committed to the journey and have devoted my life to understanding and embodying how sound, our voice and our awareness guide us home to our authentic selves.

Wherever you are on your journey I celebrate you! Thank you for listening and witnessing me in mine. Together, I believe we remember our way back to wholeness and joy.
