There is something truly magical about gathering in a sacred space with intention, connection and an open heart. 🤍

A beautiful evening of ceremonial cacao, a soothing sound bath and guided meditation, shared with a dear friend whom I felt intuitively called to invite to this sacred experience.

The energy was incredible. During the sound journey, I could feel vibrations moving through my feet and right up to my crown. My visions took me somewhere truly extraordinary. I saw Paul, both sets of my grandparents, and what appeared to be a magnificent, royal-looking golden Akashic Library in the highest dimension. I also experienced dragon energy and an incredible sense of light, power and connection.

It was one of those experiences that leaves you in awe of what can unfold when you quiet your mind, open your heart and allow yourself to receive.

Sometimes we are intuitively guided to bring certain people together for a reason. I love trusting those nudges and allowing the evening to unfold.

A beautiful reminder of the magic of sound, cacao, friendship, energy and the unseen world. ✨🙏💫

✨ A Beautiful Journey From Grief to Awakening ✨

A few months ago I had the honour of sharing my story on a podcast with Marliana Alisemon, medium, where I opened my heart about my journey from the sudden loss of my beloved husband, Paul, to the spiritual awakening that followed. ❤️

Through grief, I began discovering and reconnecting with my intuitive gifts, finding healing, purpose, and a deeper connection to the spirit world. What began as one of the most painful chapters of my life gradually became a journey of transformation and a calling to help others through Reiki, intuitive healing, and messages from loved ones in spirit.

My story is a reminder that even in our darkest moments, something beautiful can begin to unfold. ✨

✨ A Beautiful Day at the Psychic Tea Fair ✨

Yesterday, I had the privilege of connecting with five lovely clients at the Psychic Tea Fair. Each session was unique, reminding me how personal our healing journeys are and how meaningful these moments can be. 💜

Throughout the day, there were moments of connection, emotion, healing, and unexpected messages that touched my heart.

Experiences like these remind me why I feel so passionate about the work I do. Being able to hold a safe, compassionate space for others and support them on their individual journeys is something I never take for granted.

Sometimes, the most profound moments are the ones that bring comfort where there has been sadness, understanding where there have been unanswered questions, and a sense of peace when it is needed most. ✨

I believe that healing can happen in many ways, and I feel grateful whenever I can help someone find a little more comfort, clarity, or peace along the way.
