Well I’m not usually one to toot my horn , but I just want to give a big heart felt , thank you to friends, family and community that came out to vote and continue to support my small local business! It’s community and you that makes this possible.

For 14 years as I have operated Yogasense and Wellness , teaching yoga, meditation, reiki, workshops, and retreats and it’s been a fulfilling , wonderful journey.
Recently this year for those who are new, I have rebranded the business Purely Wellness and extended my services to offer Ayurveda Coaching . Another wonderful ancient healing lifestyle modality, that offers holistic solutions, that aligns with modern day life !
