we’re now offering two six-week series beginning the week of November 2:

🌿Begin With Balance | Mondays 9:30-10:30am
🌙Gentle Yoga | Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm

this is a space I’ve admired for years, and I’m so excited to expand my offerings to practice with you here.
this luxurious setting has limited spots, as we dance with the plants, in warmth, by salt lamps.

let it play ✨

10/20/2026

know what you want ~ get clear on what matters most to you.
make it your own ~ let your choices reflect the life you want to live.
give it your effort ~ take one small step, then keep showing up.
let yourself grow ~ you’re allowed to change as you become.
