Starting CPAP therapy and not feeling dramatically different yet? That's completely normal, and here's why.
Week 1-2: Your body is adjusting. You might sleep lightly or wake up more. This is temporary.
Week 3-4: Most patients start noticing less fatigue, clearer thinking, and improved mood.
Month 2-3: Energy levels stabilize, daytime sleepiness decreases significantly.
Long term: Reduced cardiovascular risk, better weight management, improved overall health.
The key is sticking with it, even on the hard nights. The results are worth it.
