It was a great day connecting with the team at Cambridge Memorial Hospital! We had the opportunity to introduce FirstLight Home Care Canada, have meaningful conversations with hospital staff and healthcare professionals, and share how home care can help support patients and families beyond the hospital setting. One highlight was discussing the different ways we can support individuals once they return home, whether through personal care, respite, nursing support, companionship, or simply having someone there to ease the transition home.We also made wonderful new connections and learned more about the people working behind the scenes every day to support patients and families in the community.Thank you to Cambridge Memorial Hospital for welcoming us and giving us the opportunity to connect, educate, and build relationships.
